Confirmed. It's like a chatroom.

You can spectate other people racing. You can only chat with people who are in the lounge, in which that picture is considered the lounge.

If there is an open spot, you can choose to race with others or stay in the lounge and watch.

You mean online though right? That screenshot is apparently from B-spec in single player. I hope that's still in.

Yeah, and just think, that wasn't the 24 hour one, that'll have some fun synced day/night cycles in it

that was just the time one, on a 1 lap race.

We'll see a lot more realism on the Nürburgring 24h (Time / Weather) track.

Indeed, but In some games (rfactor for isntance) it looks smooth on video, but is still just a texture change for each hour :/. but it looks awesome in GT5 for sure 👍

I was 4 out, not too bad.

But as was said, I'm 100% sure I recall Kaz saying there would be ~20 cars in NASCAR on a track, but I'm more worried about where the 16 cars on track are? .
