Would it be possible if I could trade someone a car for their RE-Amemiya.

I have most cars and around 2million CR. This car won't come up on used cars and it's bugging me!

It's in the premium dealer, under one of the tuning groups, the one with Japanese characters I believe? All the way at the end of the list.

Thank you so much aha, I've been checking that used car dealership so many times I was losing faith.

Thanks again man!

Here's me drifting my new Amemiya ;)

Everything stock, slam the ride height and toe, tyres comfort: hard.

I've become less fond of the REM Amemiya due to the fact everyone has it, and there's no personal style so it ruins the value to me.

Nice pics above though!

That's exactly how I felt! And now I've got a passionate pink/isotope green FD :sly:

@kasper, I got the rx7 spirit and fully moded it for the racing part of the game, also i just started using the gfgt and the car just has too much power. i just switched back to the stock turbo and it is a little eazier, but am having a hard time getting the front tiers to follow through the turns. i drifted in GRID it was so easy and cool graffics. gt5 is like the real thing. any tips?

Cars with high power in my experience have been a little annoying to control, but, you get use to the power after a while and learn to use it correctly. I would recommend "Comfort: Hard" tyres, they seem easier to drift with in comparison to other tyres, which get the back out nicely.

I've never heard of having problems with the front not going through turns, it's usually the back wanting to go other directions, but I'll try to give an answer anyway.

For starters, make sure you're counter-steering a fair bit, this is drifting, not power-sliding, which is probably the kind of style you have passed on from GRID or whatever.

I'm nothing more than a beginner, but I have learnt quite a lot quickly, if you're also a beginner, I would suggest watching people drift on youtube, look at what they do, try and copy the way they drift, then try make it work for yourself.

When drifting, I'd highly recommend tapping throttle, but of course tap it enough for a high RPM, otherwise that drift is going down the drain.

The fact you're brand new to drifting and diving straight to a wheel worries me slightly, as I can imagine it being quite difficult. I would say using a controller would be more wise to use to start with, it's slightly easier in a way, and will give you a chance to learn the physics and weight travel in drifting.

I wish I could be more helpful, but I'm afraid I'm not too amazing at drifting and haven't mastered it as of yet, so I've tried being as helpful as I can be by sharing everything I've learnt so far.

Keep trying! 👍

Just started drifting on GT5, got my Savanna and did a quick tune (kudos to Cookie_Monsta for the tune, if you see this). Quick and un-edited pic from Tsukuba here:

@piza13 I think I was entering a drift at that point. I took the photo a while back.
@Adavicro I don't remember if I adjust the shutter speed at the time, I was messing with the camera and the photo came out great.

Here's some recent pictures of the FC.
