Almighty Thor (SyFy & The Asylum) - This is not the Thor you are looking for

Not duplicating the Thor thread for the Marvel movie. No, this is what I suspect will be another masterpiece film from The Asylum, who has created such hits as Titanic II and Mega Python vs Gatoroid.

The film will premiere on SyFy this coming Saturday, May 7th at 9:00 PM ET.

Now, did you catch that? Richard Greico will play Loki. Now, before we all roll our eyes at an 80's TV star playing a comic villain, he was the voice of Ghost Rider in the Incredible Hulk and Fantastic Four cartoons from the 90s.


And in case you are worried that this will somehow spoil Marvel's Thor for you, The Asylum promises that this will be a far different story for the God of Thunder.

So, anyway, set your DVRs, pop your popcorn, and let me know what you all think of what is sure to be an instant classic.

Graffiti behind him because it is modern day (as is the Marvel movie), but the vest is his Asgardian armor (see the movie poster above). I honestly believe the found some chest armor and then tied a terry cloth bath towel around his neck for a cape.
