hey man so you know.. if u use gameshark to get golds on the license, you dont get the cars from them, you would have to start a new career on a diff mem card then get golds on that and transfer the data.. so u might as well just do it now.. plus the practice really helps

Sounds like somebody has the PAL version...Opel and Vauxhall; whereas NTSC versions have only Opel and thus: 98.2%

I think The Alcoyne race or the Cappuccino Cup were the last two I had to complete. It took a while for the Cappuccino to appear used, and I couldn't figure out what an Alcoyne was...heh heh.

You knew it! Exactly, in PAL version you can choose between several languages, including english and german. If you play in english, there is a car dealer named Vauxhall. If you change the language to german, there is no Vauxhall, but there is Opel instead. You can race both Vauxhall's and Opel's manufacturer events to gain the extra %.

It's in Australia too.
I'm sure you could pick up the PAL version off of eBay but it won't work on an NTSC Playstation unless you have a mod chip. The same as you can't play NTSC games on a PAL Playstation without a mod chip.
I have a mod chip though and several NTSC games.

Ahhh but the Vaxhall car models are still in the NTSC games arent they.
Mind you I wanted a vauxhall vectra instead of an opel vectra on my japanese copy of the game. I managed to get one using that "buy any car in the game" code skynrd showed me. But when it came to tuning it the Opel garage kicked me and My Vauxhall Vectra out onto the street :dizzy:
