And GT5 has what exactly? ALMS is better than nothing...(along with post 2009 cars we actually want, proper tuning, etc etc)

But this isn't the FM vs GT thread.....

Season 3 of the GTP ALMS is going to be a learning experience more than anything for me going into LMP class.

@TT13, ya man.

Cowboys you clutter this thread up at times, its why it got shut down last time. I want to know the regs for the LMP's though.

Sorry :(

My decision is unsure about LMP... :/

All cars are ~680 HP (varies for each car, will post those up in a few) but I've only gotten a spec for a few of the cars.

Tower Turn 13
Switching to Ford GT, other announcements forthcoming.

Maybe I'll join you :) you got Red wheels? Or I'll use M3, or Corvette :P

Gatrs, how about the Gallardo to be allowed like when I first joined?

It'll be different colours to that Cowboys, I'll be looking forward to TT13's announcement 👍

Gatrs, if you do decide on GT1 count me in with the F1 Stealth.

Tower Turn Competizione announces merger with NRG Racing

For the upcoming season of ALMS, Tower Turn Competizione has decided due to financial reasons to team up with NRG Racing. Though team owner Mitch_Z06 will be driving in the LMP class, disqualifying them from acquiring team points, an unofficial merger will bring representation across the board. TTC driver mockingbird00000 will be driving the Ford GT with NRG signature colors. Combining the technical knowhow of NRG's engineering team will bring the greatest chance of success to both drivers. The new team looks forward to completion of testing and the start of the season.

:yuck:

:ill:

GT specs will be the same as last season, but with a weight limit of 1300 KG instead of 1250.

Damn that GT looks sexy :dopey:

And:

GT:
BMW M3- 590 HP/1342 KG
Lamborghini Gallardo- 547 HP/1300 KG
Aston Martin DB9- 570 HP/1387 KG
Ford GT- 447 HP/1300 KG
Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR- 480 HP/1300 KG
RUF BTR- 500 HP/1300 KG
Ferrari 458 Italia- 480 HP/1300 KG
Chevrolet Corvette Z06- 480 HP/1300 KG
Jaguar XKR- 600 HP/1360 KG

That's the specs as they would be updated. However...it won't be even enough and certain cars like the XKR will now be able to drag away from the likes of the F-GT, Vette, ACR etc on the straights. Testing will be needed to be done...

^I maintain that Vettes are an awesome choice for GT2
The Zonda is for GT1

And the team mascot!
