New teasers with official reveal soon

Alpine’s next car will be an electric crossover, even though the company doesn’t call it that. We’ll get our first complete look at its new “sport fastback” on May 27 when it officially debuts, but the French performance brand has decided to tease the car while wrapping up some winter testing in Finland.

It seems like car companies always strive to make their EV‘s as eccentric and futuristic looking as possible (besides maybe Tesla and BYD). Which is not a good thing imo, when it comes to design often less is more.

I suppose an electric SUV Alpine was inevitable. The fact that the production version is much more re-badged MeganeEV/Scenic/Ariya looking then the A110 on stilts that the concept appears as, was even more inevitable.
