I didn't say that I wanted to join in the first place because (like you said) Internet lag but if you want me to be part of this and as the Civilian A then i'm fine with that.

Car requirements:
Cops A+B: The usual GTPD paint scheme. An interceptor is preferred.
Cops C+D: BMW M4 safety car.
Racers A+B: European cars. Modify them a bit. Not too much visuals. Sports Hard and 700 HP max.
Civilians: Everyday European city cars.
