I always believed you had to have a modicum of education in order to become a politician...

Dumber than a box of rocks.

I think the qualifications are:
1. Must be breathing
2. Must be older than 35* (for President only)
3. Must be born in the US* (again, for President only)

Explains how so many inept politicians have been chosen in the US.

Could he not think of a big place in the literal state he represents that begins with a P? I mean, even El Paso at a push.

I'm still amazed he became such an ardent supporter of Trump after he insulted his wife to his face.

3. I think it’s about how you obtained citizenship. If you obtained citizenship at birth then you’re eligible. Ted Cruz for example was born in Canada, but obtained citizenship at birth because his mother was a US citizen.

The thing his, his supporters will believe him. He knows this.

I wonder if being a bootlicking beta 🤬 ever gets tiring for him.

Of course he knows. With the orange **** out of the equation, "the room temperature IQ" crowd basically see him as the torch bearer to their cause. Only problem is:

Ol'Teddy was born in Alberta.

Especially when Pittsburgh has been a model of how you can literally clean up a city of industry and turn it around profitably and economically.

I believe Ted's mother was a US Citizen, and for some reason the eligibility rule of "natural born citizen" has never been fully defined. Still, as of 2021, no US President (or vice president) has been born outside of the United States.*

*This ignores:
1. All born prior to 1776, when America itself didn't exist.
2. Those born in US territories, or in former Confederate States of America.

As much as I hate to give Trump the benefit of the doubt (it leaves an oily residue in my mouth), his proposed redesign is not that different from the paint scheme on the Air Force One that served under Kennedy, Johnson, and Nixon, and was kept in reserve all the way through Clinton. The design was created by the brilliant Raymond Loewy. Having said that, I still don't want us to use that design, because I don't want to give the Idiot Manchild even that much satisfaction.

Ted Cruz is a ****ing dumbass.
Honestly, he's not. He's a spineless, morally bankrupt weasel of a human being, but he's smart. It's the Trump base that's dumb as an empty ice tray. He's simply playing to their stupidity. He thinks he can grab the MAGA tiger by the tail and not get mauled.
He's about as pathetic as pols come.
In this we are both in complete agreement.

The more I look at that Air Force One livery, the more I see an Inter City train, just with a flipped pattern.

TERFs are going mental on Twitter with the hashtag Bidenerasedwomen, because apparently giving trans people right makes women disappear, who knew!
I bet Biden wishes he could make the TERFs disappear from his social media feed. He already has nearly half the nation out to get him.
