This where we are at: Trump won the election based on his mis/disinformation and outright lies. A majority of American voters decided they prefer that to any more nuanced or accurate analysis of reality. The Information Age has been supplanted by the Disinformation Age.

I'm going to take a wild stab in the dark, here.
I'm guessing President Man-Child is claiming all these places are going to be part of the United States as his way of eventually negotiating his super-duper-awesome-save-America tariffs with them. In other words, he will go on Dump Social with, "If [X] does not want tariffs (or something else) levied against them for taking advantage of the US, they can join the US".
Because you know, the colossal moron is still set in the notion that other countries pay the tariffs.

One can only hope Congress or military leaders step in & shut it down like Mattis did when Trump wanted to assassinate Assad. "It's cute when you say that stuff online to your base, but we can't & won't actually do that because of the disastrous international effects it could have."
Or he's able to carry something out, and it leads to him immediately getting impeached & actually booted out b/c of the negative public reception as well.

You're not wrong there. I've come across a few his cultists happily gleeing at the idea of taking over a foreign land & thinking they'll actually kick out those people, highlighting a gross irony.
