Easier for the cult to defend him I guess. Pretty hard to defend, "Yeah, Donnie admitted he flew to Epstein's island, but I still respect him for his honesty" without looking like a full blown pedophile supporter.

A lot of right wing mouthpieces spent too much time talking about how Epstein's logs were going to show democrats and how it was something that democrats were holding back because they were the lizard people pedos. Somehow they were convinced that Trump was clean, despite all evidence to the contrary.

The US president was pressed on whether he stood by his accusation that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was a "dictator".
"Did I say that? I can't believe I said that," he said.
Speaking during the prime minister's visit to the White House, Trump envisaged "a real trade deal" which could see the UK avoid the kind of tariffs the president has been threatening on some of the US's other trading partners.
A real trade deal - presumably like the USMCA negotiated by Trump during his last administration, which he described at the time as:
... truly historic news for our nation, and, indeed for the world. It is my great honor to announce that we have successfully completed negotiations on a brand new deal to terminate and replace NAFTA and the NAFTA trade agreements with an incredible new US-Mexico-Canada Agreement, called “USMCA.”
Now he says about USMCA:
“I look at some of these agreements, I’d read them at night, and I’d say, ‘Who would ever sign a thing like this?’
Why would any world leader believe anything Trump says?
