I read you and it’s daggone frustrating. I know I post these videos a lot, but we’ll see.


At the least it’ll give those with the “power” and are scared to go against Trumpf(that’s plain silly), something real to see that they can do their duty to uphold the law.
 
The judge can say anything they want at a judicial capacity. Trump will ignore them (bad) or have someone make sure they are taken care of (even worse).

Yeah, I have a suspicion it's going to take the SC to actually step in and reiterate their actual ruling (seeing as Trump/Fox are trying to spin that the 9-0 ruling was in their favor).

Both of those points continue to boggle my mind with Pam Bondi and friends lying to the world. Plus, the two week deadline, it's been exactly a month since Garcia been deported. Again, glad at least some kind of press is being put on the Trump Administration(TA). However, they don't care how long even this drags out. Garcia still hurting or worse.

I wasn't kidding about it feels like a Tom Clancy movie. Seem like it's the only way to get him out of there.

Because they don't want to do it and will fight tooth and nail to show that they were right, even if proven wrong. The worst part is that whatever charge is given to anyone in the Justice Department will either be met with a pardon (possibly pre-emptively, to show that the President can do whatever he wants), or they will fire the person and let he or she take the fall in jail (and wipe their hands of the issue). Unless the Supreme Court actually bothers to reflect on what they did last year, there is nothing they, or anyone in the judicial branch, can do to prevent the President from being told "no" and be forced to listen.

I can't remember the process, but I read Bondi could be charged in a way that she can't be pardoned though the prevailing belief is she would just be removed as the "fall guy" for the administration like so many in the first term.

Senator Van Hollen is granted access & seen with Mr. Garcia confirming he is at least still alive. However, the fact he's dressed in his American clothes seems like an attempt to downplay what he might be going through behind the scenes.

Two things are possible here:
1. He thinks the government is a business now.
2. He's trying to push so much on the states that they will run out of funding and be forced to bend to his will (States' rights? They can choose what they'd like but they have no money).

Other news, Garcia has been moved from CECOT according to Van Hollen.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Maryland steelworker, has been moved from El Salvador's notorious CECOT prison to a lower-security detention facility, according to Senator Chris Van Hollen.

The Maryland Democrat traveled to the Central American country to meet with Abrego Garcia, who he said had been "traumatized" during nearly three weeks of incarceration in the high-security facility known for human rights abuses.

Which is kind of like what I said before the election. It's going to get where if anyone, regular US citizens like myself, make fun of Trump, criticize Trump or really any member of this dictator's regime, then one of his supporter can report us to the local or regional gestapo. You will face fines, arrests, imprisonment, deportation, or even execution.

Any opposition must be silenced by any means possible and the Supreme Court has given him the green light to do it.

The point about the military bases is one of my major problems when I was living in the states. Even with members of my family serving abroad, I just wanted the USA to leave everyone else alone and concentrate on fixing the USA.
 
Don’t care for either one of them, but I’m kinda bummed Vance got his pic with the pope he was so desperately seeking.
Nobody should normalize these people.
