When a judge breaks the law, the judge should be arrested. When the president breaks the law, the president should be arrested.
What if the president shoots somebody on Fifth Avenue? Trump's corrupt Supreme Court has ensured he never has to be held responsible for his crimes. Only future history will be able to judge him... assuming we even have a future.

Right now there are a bunch of democrats up in arms about a judge being arrested for obstruction of justice, and a bunch of republicans saying "no double standards". Feels like not long ago the shoe was on the other foot.

I guess whether aiding and abetting an illegal immigrant is morally worse than subverting the Constitution of the United States ultimately determines whether the Republicans' criticisms are moral relativism or just mere sauce-for-the-gander tit-for-tat.

Judges shouldn't break the law even with good reason but deciding a sitting president is immune to culpability is arguably a lot more detrimental to society and the world.

This is peak r/nflcirclejerk, right down to the "are they stupid" comment, but being uttered by the President of the United States.

It's an external imposition?
I'm trying to figure out between the "streetwise and smart", "phenomenal genes", & "'picked'", if this tweet was just 1 sentence of short of, "He's one of the good ones" and going full plantation.

I wonder if we're getting another tweet since Shedeur was not drafted in the 2nd Round, either.

Edit* 3rd Round just ended, I believe. Wasn't drafted during it as well.

If Trump truly believed in Intellectual Diversity, he'd have some intelligent people in his administration
It's a DEI scheme, he's trying to make up for the fact that idiots are underrepresented in government by hiring them almost exclusively.

Oh good, lets get some solid eugenics stuff going to justify why Barron is going to be Eternal President once Trump dies. Because Trump is an unqualified political genius, and Barron clearly inherits all that through genetics.

Has he talked about how poor people are just genetically predisposed to being poor yet? Can't help them, it's in their genes. Might as well put them in some sort of camp, am I right?

To my German ears it all sounds like "he is a Nazi, support him".

lol. lmao.

Needless to say, Time's interview with Joe Biden last year wasn't cut off after a matter of minutes as Il Douche alleges. And they didn't ask him tough questions about his abusing executive privilege because he didn't until six months later when he pardoned his son. The only person he "weaponised the justice system" against was Trump himself, because he tried to overthrow the government.

Trump "We're going to use tariffs to balance trade. It'll promote companies to manufacture products in the USA, providing jobs for US citizens"

Yep, working exactly as expected... if you just poke yourself in the eyes enough to make "India" read as "USA".

This was happening already and China was the one causing it lol. Literally nothing needed to be done - before Trump came into office, Chinese government was already causing a mass exodus of industries due to their own beligerence, and the industries were going to countries which are now becoming more friendly to the US due to other beligerence, namely SCS issues. Vietnam, Phillipines, Malaysia, India, all of them were already shifting our way and we didn't even have to be dickbags to make it happen. Let them be the assholes, we just need to chill.

But conservatives aren't happy until they're angry.

With the Department Of Government Efficiency, Musk was supposed to be finding ways to reduce wasted expenses, cut back costs and fraud to save the American government, and in turn the American citizens, a lot of money.

Musk's initial target was $2trillion, but was quickly halved to $1trillion and then parred all the way down to $150billion recently.

NYTimes [paywall] ran a report that shows that due to the complete mishandling of the cuts i.e. firing people without knowing what they do, and subsequently having to try to rehire employees, the mass-firing and mass-rehiring is estimated to cost upwards of $135billion, in part due to the various lawsuits the White House now finds itself in due to firing staff without reason.

Add on top that the Internal Revenue Service, which lost over 1,000 employees in the cuts, is predicted to be collecting $500billion less this year due to staffing issues, and you have a monumental waste of tax-payers money.

Someone good with numbers, in the public eye, really needs to work out what the first 100 days of Trump's reign has actually costs the USA and put that out there for the American people to digest!

But we "saved money" and "improved efficiency"

How to show the population that you've got nothing against possibly the dumbest set of politicians ever elected.

It's time for 3rd parties to go all out. The Dems are a lost cause. The Republicans will fall apart if the orange morons keeps this up so this might be the time to steal those seats.

Third parties as they exist are dead in America. Bernie Sanders seems to be on some sort of national tour at the moment, drumming up support for something, not sure what as he's too old to run. He's always been very popular with the youngins so I think he's just trying to get people to care and talk. Surely there will be a younger person who can take the lead at some point.

And so are the Democrats. If your best guns were an old man that everyone but the Democrats knew would not make it for another round or someone with even less charisma than Liz Truss, you're dead as a party. Or a cabbage.

And their current strategy is orange man bad. That's not a strategy. Ditch that and focus on getting back on track. Get a new Obama. Focus on what the party can do instead of blaming Trump and his merry morons.

It really bugs me that the news is covering the stories about american citizen children (babies) staying with their mothers who are being deported as the citizens being deported. There may be a time to cry havoc about that in the near future, but it's not in this case. As far as I know (please correct me if you know something else), none of those children are actually being deported. They're staying with mothers who are deported, but the children are allowed to return to the US. That's not a deportation, that's remaining in custody of someone who is deported. And that's honestly probably how it ought to be.

The chicken little routine is so played out at this point. How have they not learned? People will ignore it when us citizens start actually getting deported because it started out false.
