Anniversary edition "cheap"?

So I bought the anniversary edition and am just finishing the international B championship, however I can't help feel slightly unenthusiastic about winning a lot of the races i've won using the anniversary cars.

The cars basically set you up for the entirety of the first half of the game as there is one for every condition (region, age, power, drivetrain and even a le mans Audi).

I've not bought a single car (apart from an Abarth Punto which i own in real life :P) so I also have 2mil+ and a bunch of cars that cover every race basically. It just feels too easy and handed to me.

I know I could technically not use them, but thats not going to happen, if i'm given some awesome cars, I will use them. But I think I miss the old, buy my first car, and tune it up all the way as far as I can until I have to buy additional cars for separate events style of GT gameplay like in the past games.
So while everyone else is moaning about how much of a grind the game is and how they're pushed towards microtransactions, i'm just coasting through with my feet up having a good time.

I didn't actually buy the Anniversary edition intentionally, I bought a PS3 bundle + GT6 & The last of us, and GT6 happened to be the anniversary edition haha

What is everyone else's opinion? Is it cheap to use these cars? Should PD perhaps given fewer cars? Or just not a set of cars that basically win the game haha Or maybe not a 1,000,000 on top?

It's very easy to progress even without the Anniversary cars.
I bought the bundle myself, but stuffed the 20 car pack in the stockyard and used the Fit RS and other prize cars to progress.

The term grind does not relate to playing through the game, it relates to having to redo races over and over to obtain the credits needed to buy expensive cars.

No one has been pushed to micro transactions, I don't think they are even mentioned inside the game.

In conclusion, PD gave you free exclusive cars. You are wrong and it's all your fault.

In GT6 you don't buy your first car, you're forced to buy a Honda Fit. Sure, you still have a few thousand credits to buy something else that's cheap, but there's no used car dealership where you can enjoy searching for a good deal. Anyway, all the Career Mode events are so easy that you'll never even need to tune your cars up! The whole game has been nerfed imo to appeal to the christmas market & to "encourage" young kids to badger their parents for the 7 million credit packs so that they can buy some cool cars.

Wrong! Click on the GT Store tab in-game.

Till you reach carreer's end. I did it the same way. Was at 80% game progress and at 88% of trophies when i bought my second car! I didn't even spent any credit till that point so i had to realize that you earn a total of crappy 6mio. credits through the whole game. Including seasonals lol. So now the grinding begins just later, but you're really forced to. I have only a few s-class events left, adding my anniversary-million i beat the game with max. 8mio. credits. No words left.
