The 2008 Viper SRT10 ACR features a signature two-tone paint scheme with a black center section. An optional driver’s stripe is available on a two-tone Viper Red or a Viper Black ACR. The driver’s stripe also features a sewn leather accent on the steering wheel. A clearcoated exposed weave is featured on the rear carbonfiber wing of all two-tone and driver’s stripe Viper SRT10 ACR models.
A standard Viper SRT10 monotone paint scheme is also available featuring a body color rear wing and dual painted Viper stripes. The 2008 Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR is available in five colors: Viper Red, Viper Black, Viper Violet, Viper Bright Blue Metallic, and Viper Very Orange.
The new ACR Viper has a red stripe on the black stripe.
Here's a white one for reference.
If there was even a chance of a Livery editor I'm sure people would know about it already.
Because it is purple.
Whats so strange on a purple car?
it's the ACR viper! But not sure why the sides are purple, could be due to the sunlight..
No not because it's purple but because the top center is red on black, and the sides are purple, anyone with a sense of aesthetics knows that you "can't" match red with purple, the 3 color Red on Black on White ACR, is harmonious, those 3 colors match, but not Red on Black on Purple, it would be White on Black On Purple or Grey on Black on Purple.
I don't think Dodge would release Red on Black on Purple as an option.
Thats just the ACR Viper
I think your right and i cant wait to drive it!!!
The stripe is just an option, i would say if you pay enough you can get whatever color option you want.
... It didn't come in purple with the red stripe, which inclines me to believe that PD simply kept the red stripe on for every color.
Dose anyone know how many viper violet cars were produced?
thanks
40 total, 9 were ACR's
