Can you be more specific on what kind of lap exactly?

Online/offline?
Stock or fully tuned?
Tire compund?
Tire wear/fuel?
Grip reduction?

Sure, as i said the car has around 730 pp.
But the laps were offline. the car was fully tuned (Turbo, default setup except gears and aero). Soft slicks (racing) with the tire and fuel depletion thingy. And yes grip reduction was set to on.
Aids: All aids off except TC and ABS. TC 3 i think and ABS 1.

Haha nice driving tho. But yes im talking about the real version (with chicanes). But its just an amazing piece of track :D

Cant understand why people are hating the rain :D Its just so fantastic in rain during night :D Brings the game to a whole new level ;)

Well it is fun but in an enduro...it gets old. Especially in cockpit view in a GT car with rain pelting the windshield for what seems the entirety of the race, already dark to see and you're hoping your tire choice holds up. Challenging I guess is a good word, if you're using real traction settings.

With the Group C cars you should run faster without the traction control, but it is wise to run about a 3 in the LMP cars simply because they were designed for limited TCS usage

Ok, I only ask because it makes quite a big difference in lap times, especially online/offline. :)

With those settings in the Sauber, except only the stock turbo and no TC, I did 3'07.898. It was not nearly as good as my run in the WRS video (although 5 laps compared to 1 week of trying is not really fair hehe) so I expect a lap of 3'05.xxx is possible. Like you I only have a phone to record video with and it won't let me right now because the battery is low - if noone's posted something by tomorrow I can record it after work.

A fully tuned R8 '01 would be several seconds faster still though, the peugot several seconds slower (I expect)...

edit: found an old charger and managed to record with it attached :)

Just an FYI, the track without the chicanes is the "real" track the way it was originally designed and should be run, just not the modern version of the real track.

I can do 3:17.358 in a modded Ferrari 458 Italia, so I'm sure there's places where you can improve yor times bud :)

Hey dudes, i see my self as a pretty fast driver (specially at la sarthe and suzuka) but im having problems get my laptimes under 3:14 at la sarthe without cheating or cutting at all. So i wanted to hear if there is any fast drivers out there that maybe could share a video with me of a fast lap time :)

I've tried searching on youtube a lot but i really cant find any fast laps.. :/

So if there is anybody out there that could do some fast laps and link me a video i would really appreciate it :)

Found this Sauber at 3:03.037 check it out:

That guy is cheating and cutting like hell :D
My time is with no cutting at all as you can see in my video posted at page one ;)
I don't think these people even read your post, they just see "fast la sarthe?" and think it's a competition. Did you check my video? It's not perfect but should give you some pointers, mainly there are several turns where you just brake too much. You need to be brave sometimes and trust the car to stay on the track! :)
