Anyone come up with the settings for 370z tuned?

Yeah but I was considering going to practice mode so I could learn breaking points and apexes from the driving line.

But I've been thinking about it and and not very confident that this is the same line as the aliens are using, so until someone confirms it is, I'll just chase ghosts.

Chasing ghosts is a much better way to learn the line for a "hot lap." My opinion of course, but the GT5 racing line is not necessarily the fastest way.

Racing line is garbage and will teach you bad habits - like staring at the track in front of you. The only thing it might be able to help with is providing a constant visual cue for your line, even if you aren't using the "suggested" line.

A separate reason for owning the tuned 370 in your garage would be to practice for subsequent rounds by trying out different tracks. This could have an added benefit of making you better at one of the round 1 events - for example, there are a couple turns at Grand Valley that are similar to Cape Ring, trying out the 370 there might help teach you something new about the Cape and improve your time.

Yeah, after spending some time grinding on the cape chasing choate I am starting to pick it up. My problem was his ghost was gone after just the first few turns. An hour or two of chasing I can still see him up to the second hairpin so I guess the track is starting to come to me.

It's funny really, I've made some huge mistakes in the second half and still set personal bests because of how much faster I am now in the 1st half.

Rinse and repeat and I should be able to get in the top 50 on the cape.
