Anyone else having an issue with this?

I've been away from GT Sport for a long time, but decided to install it again because I'm excited about GT7. Well, I get to this screen, and I cannot get the "START" button to react to pressing the X button...or any button for that matter. I even tried my VR controller...still nothing. Anyone experience this issue before, and if so how did you get by it?
