Looking for a tune for the R32 on GT7 fully maxed out. My current setup is fast but the handling and stability are really ****.

For handling and stability check Praiano' s tune (in this forum); its very good. You just can add power components and set last gear to max speed. It's a way of maxing out I guess.
What do you exactly mean with “set last gear to max speed”

With a full customizable transmition you can change the value (less is shorter, plus is longer, more speed) of the last ratio, taking in account the power you have and the longer straight of the circuit you are. If you are in Tsukuba or Le Mans no chicane, if you are in a FIAT 500 or a Camaro LT1, all that matters when seaching the desirable max speed.
This is not a very clear answer, i recon but we will always have @praiano63 to show it better. Strongly advised!

I used Praiano’s tuning settings for the Nissan R32 and the Porsche 997 GT3 and i must say they’re amazing! Thank u very much for telling me sir!

Ever find one? I've got a work in progress that's fairly decent right now. I got 1st in every race for the 5 race GT championship final menu book with it, if that means anything. I used nitrous, but it's not needed. I didn't learn the tracks well and made many mistakes, which nitrous made up for.

I tried the Praiano tune, but it's too squirrelly and unpredictable for me with all the upgrades. Maybe widebody would make a difference, but I like the car how it is.

Let me know what you think or if you have any suggestions. The handling and stability are fine as long as you're careful with the brake and throttle while the wheels are turned. Straight line braking and pumping the brakes during turns is fine, but extreme trail braking will probably not end well. I've found that slightly using the brake and throttle simultaneously when I'm going to miss the apex can actually help with the understeer.

That tune also scales down to 700pp extremely well by removing some parts. I've also used the high end torque supercharger instead of turbo, but I'll have to refine a tune for it since it seems slightly harder to control.

Edit: the handbrake can also help to get the end around corners. I use a controller, and it's just not possible to make some of the turns. I didn't have this problem in GTS, so hopefully, they get it fixed.
