I want to make the gear shifter of the G25 more realistic but I do not want to risk breaking my unit by doing it myself, so I want to hire someone to do it for me. I live in Fort Lee, NJ, right over the George Washington Bridge. Any help is appriciated.

I live in Philadelphia. So far I managed to do the NO Noise mod. It's really simple, I am not a TECH guy but I've managed to do it. The resistance is only tiny bit better with No noise mod. Only Problem I had was when I took the Gear Pad apart, Cables were still connected, And I was trying to be extra careful not to brake them apart. I know you can Disconnect them, but I need some kind of clippers and maybe a second help, since the connectors are locked in.

I don't think that you will brake anything. It's really simple thing to do. Also you will know a bit more on the things you own :)

I live right there next to the Cross Bronx couple mins away from George Washington Bridge. I really wanna try out the realistic shifter mod where instead of it beiing just soft, it goes from 1 to 2 continuing with you having to push & pull hard. Also an easy you can pull off is buying a new shifter knob from stores like autozone & replacing your current one.
