Apple's Aperture Software

Hi guys, how many of you Mac'ies have this programme and use it as a majour part of you digital imaging workflow? Im seriously thinking about it, as Im still waiting for my copy of Photoshop CS3 to arrive (they made a boo boo with delivery)

How does it perform working with RAW files (must be good as its main purpose is dedicated RAW manipulation), but the most interesting thing is, hows it on every day stuff, editing and adding cloning things like this? Any feedback to make the purchase more viable would be a great help or anything on negative would alos be an advantage.
