@Paulus - mexican sounding is quite accurate; though not quite laid back in real life lol. Talking about getting into someone's door, here are some pics from last night's random lobbies. Thunder was there too last knight; he needs some practice but is sure to get there. Just join us all the time and drift a lot.

Would be nice to drift with some mo people though..
I wont be on tonight; have stuff at work which requires late hours..
 
Mind you that I was on a DS3 and didn't drift in about a week. Also I wasn't feeling to well that day either.
 
I was trying to get on all day yesterday, but it was really stormy here and it kept logging me off every 5 minutes :(

Also it sucks seeing an R33 GTS on ebay for £2000. It may be just an RB25 non turbo but still it sucks I can't afford insurance. Damn you Brittish Government. :(

Trust me meerly; buying the car is the cheapest aspect of drifting. Its the storage, maintenance, rent for locations, damages, and tires thats gonna cost you alot of money. I looked into this myself and came to the conclusion that drifting in a legally accepted way in the Netyherlands will not work for me; its just too expensive.

Buy the car: 3000€
Rent the location (an abandond airfield) 200€ a day
Rent the car ambulance for a day (the car isnt allowed on public roads) 100€
Gasoline for the day: 100€
Tires for the day: 100€
Maintenance after a day of drifting: 50€

Total costs of one day drifting: 550€
That would mean i would be able to go drift once in every two months or so..

I know you can get used tires at tirestraders to make that a bit cheaper. But i am in now way planning on drifting on public roads.. I was brought up too decently.. ;)
So basicall; the costs are too high for me..
 
I would drift at some point. I want something which is good for nice high winding sections. I live near the highest road in Britain. Hairpins all the way up followed by fast downhill and long sweeping sections then more hairpins and a nice pizza restaurant at the bottom.

Yeah that little kitten of mine got a little too much entry speed on that really cool hairpin he loves to drift. You know, the one with the enormous cliff behind it. He's now in hospital with every possible bone broken.. He also took some old granny that was driving in the opposite direction, with him; she died..

That would be seriously uncool bro..
 
No not drifting it. Just for a little scottish cruise. Safe and with in the speed limit. 👍

Anyway let's stick on topic. Don't want any guests. ;)

But its a nice car and place to drive i can imagen!
 
I think I know why I was so bad at drifting when I was with you guys. It was a combination of not knowing my line on the tracks and the fact I'm drifting with you kind of made me nervous. Hopefully next time we meet I'll do better :)

I haven't been on GT5 either a lot. I'm kind of starting to get bored of it so I'm taking a little break myself.
 
Anyone having trouble signing in on PSN? I keep in getting the error. I'll reset my router and get back to guys.
