I say don't look at this topic in this way. Yes people that Real Life to attend too. And if this team is near dead then why talk about it. Why don't we try to fix that. Sadly we all live in different timezones so it's not the easiest to meet up all at the same time. Why don't you guys just wait it out a bit. I'm sure this happens with all drift teams once and a while where near no one is on together drifting. Why don't we sort out a team meeting every week or so? Since we all can be in contact with each other over GTP or the Team Forums let's sort out a date we can meet up? A date that atleast 4 or more members can drift together. Also I must ask, intellectually you guys would wipe the floor with me, but I stand toe to toe with you guys. Find that weird for a 14 year old standing toe to toe with people much older? Only just knoticed that.
 
I don't care about how active I am. It is impossible for me to physically turn on my PS3 and play it anymore as I get back too late then start early in the morning. If you guys have any problem with my activity I'll step down to this so called 'inactive' status but I can't help with what I'm doing. Even Jeff isn't as active as he could be as he has motocross, school etc.

We shall wait this out and see until summer but I can't see how I can be anymore active. This virtual team thing is a thing I've been thinking about rescheduling recently. I guess I'll wait and see.

Neither am I bothered about how active I am. I'm very active on my PS3 since I'm still pretty young. Im sure I'll slowly become less active myself when I get into my GCSEs. C'mon!! Keep Apex Alive!
 
Same here AV, whenever we me meet, it's always good times.

In now way is "not being online in-game at the same time when co-members are online" a short coming. It's just where you live, and no one can expect you to get out of bed at 03:00 to start playing GT5. Same goes for when you need to work alot or need to study like hell. Trust me, been there done that, and still do. But a benifit of a daytime job is you have the evening off, which is when i try to get on GT5..

We could also recruit some new members in each of the timezones? I would be glad to drift with some new guys to see how they are..
 
Nah we want to do it personally. We have been asked in the past just no one came back or got a trial. Lets see who pops in our lobbies. We need to be patient...
 
I think we would have to wait for ages. I agree with thunder for some open lounge active recruitment, rather then waiting for things to change by themselves.

Paul, if your online now (Can't check a Dead Nation patch is downloading) want to host a lobby and write down names of some good drifters? Then we are going to need consent from Jeff if we are allowed to recruit them.
 
Srry man, just shut down the PS3 after a night and day of autogrinding. I had no money left at all.

Got another drift event tomorrow, so I'm heading off to the south now.

See you guys on monday perhaps.
 
You don't understand. I mean don't rush into recruiting.

I'm not going to play GT5 for a while now after I download all these welcome pack games. :)
 
Yea I downloaded 4 of them except Infamous as I already have that one. Last night I came across a good drifter but he said he is really a grip racer and only fools around w/ drifting besides not being interested to join a team.
 
avi what do you mean downloaded 4 of them thought only allowed to download 2 meerkitty all over the freebies aint seen him signed for this long scince he added me lol.
 
Maybe Av got lucky. The servers were so laggy and glitchy I would expect someone to get past that 2 game limit.

I believe if you have more than one account, you can download your choice of two games to a specific account. As in, download inFamous and LBP to one account and have Dead Nation and Wipeout on another, at least that's how its been described to me. I just finished downloading my second game so I'll find out for myself soon. 👍
 
Hi Cro, no lag for me as I have really fast internet connection, symmetrical 30/30Mbps upload/download speed. Yes I had 2 accounts prior to PSN breach, hence both were eligible to download 2 free games each. All 4 games are playable by both accounts in my console. You should be able to do the same with your regular and SFX account.
 
Nice im gona get my other account open download two more games will i still be able to play them on my main account and get the trophys and stuff??
 
Well first off, i'd like to say hello everybody! Sorry about this weekend. Probably every weekend for the next 5 weeks will be consumed by motocross and most of the days by training, but someday when i'm famous I'll thank you guys for sticking with the team =P

And yeah, i'm down for you guys hosting a recruitment lobby. Maybe don't label it as "team apex recruitement" but something like "looking for talented drifters". The word "recruit" happens to attract a lot of little kids. Also, setting up battles with other people is fine with me as long as you let me know about it. Obviously you don't have to tell me about a 1v1 battle, but a team battle would have to be run-by me or getto.

Does it it matter if they are little kids? They can be ten and be awesome at drifting.
 
I meant like ignorant kids that are like "ZOMG I WANTZ RECRUITMENT!!!!"

I started drifting on Forza 2 when i was 13, and I know how annoying it was when people didn't give me a fair chance. Mostly because I was a considerably mature 13 year old. I give younger people the benefit of the doubt until they prove otherwise.

But that's not the only thing thats counts...

Had a nice drift event this weekend; lots of rubber in my eyes and nose, sunburnt nose.. Goodtimes. Little sleep though; had about four hours in the last 3 days.... ZOmbie mode now..

So this may be off topic...but they are coming out with Halo 4 ZOMG!!!!

Also, I'm gonna get on GT5 in a couple minutes if anyone else is on. Ill probably be hosting a recruitment lobby
 
I'm sorry but I don't think Halo 4 will turn out as well as the other Halo games because it's a different Producer making the game.
