Im sure this has been covered, but can I race, say, the Aston Martin DBR1 in a series? Or will it only be one-off races? I really like my classics, and I'd like to do more than just a random race here and there. A championship would be great!

I don't know Benny - I'm with you. If there isn't at the moment perhaps classic championships could be added when the game is expanded with DLC as I am sure some of that will be historic content.

It might have to wait for PC3, but personally I would like to see a career segment devoted to using the classics in the game - e.g. you start your career with the Lotus 51 Formula Ford, then move through a couple of classic saloon series before progressing through classic Le Mans (Ford MK 4 and Ferrari 330 P4) before using the classic F1 content: Lotus 49 and 49C.

This would be a great way to introduce people to the fabulous classic content within the game. With the addition of a few cars as DLC it would be possible to follow this type of career path through different eras e.g. 1960's, 1970's, 1980's etc.

Anyone looking to race the classics - "Sick's Race Room" will be hosting a full range of online championships on PS4.

Thanks Sick! And good plug of your series:sly:
I can vouch for his series being excellent - if anyone's thinking of joining- even though (because of time difference) I am almost never able to run in them.

And yes, I'd love to have that career path. There's just something about the raw feel of the classics I love. They feel like you're trying to tame a beast around a track rather than the newer cars and scalpel-like precision. Nothing wrong with that, but it'd be nice to have both. We'll find out tomorrow:eek::cool::D
