Are there Diesel cars in gt5?

funny diesel Audi R10 TDI and Peugeot 908 HDI on 6500RPM!!!

I had a Ford Escort and then two Fiestas all with a 1.8l diesel engine. The engine revved to 6000 revs which made it interesting to drive, it had huge torque for such a little engine and at motorway speeds the engine was doing around 4000 revs. The fastest I got too, in the Escort, was 111mph on a German Autobahn, at which point conversation was impossible due to the roar!

I know it's not a *car* which is what the OP asked about specifically, but it is a "diesel in the game." Didn't see it mentioned in any of the posts through 3-20-2013, sorry if I missed it (or the point).

Sorry. The 1500 isn't a diesel. The 2500 is.

It has Hemi in the name so it should be quite obvious it isn't a diesel and the Cummins Turbo Diesel engine (that Dodge uses) has never been made available in anything smaller than a 3/4 ton truck.

It would be incredibly awesome to have a few Cummins powered Dodge trucks in the game though.
