I forgot all about that, the only reason I wanted to was because the release is on my bday, but tons of people really do that.

We won't know how far in they can be used until the game comes out. When found I couldn't use the 300SL Chromeline (because it doesn't have the year on it) for classic car races, I wasn't impressed. I guess with the PP system, it may allow ANY car in that range for that specific event(15A/Stealth or what have you). As a present for your birthday, that would be awesome.

Well I never used my McLaren F1 Stealth and my Joey Lagano Cup car was just used to out run those normal cup cars online. My Chrome line cars still have 0 miles on them.

So, other than the 15th anniversary edition, has anyone found any pre order bonuses worth having in the UK? Or should I just order it from wherever have it cheapest at the moment?

Speaking of which, where is cheapest for the UK version?

Same here. I actually, after deleting and restarting GT5 for the umpteenth time, just downloaded the SLS AMG and left all the other Stealths/Chromelines in the PSN Store collecting 100kB dust.

Im going to have to hear some game details before I pony up some cash... at the moment it just feels like we're getting a physics tweek and some new cars and tracks

Well the course creator is suppose to have a major overhaul, more photo stuff, and supposedly more options in online. Other than that you will probably have to wait for Tokyo next month before you make a concrete choice.

I can only find the 15th Anniversary version of GT6 in GAME & Gamestop at the moment mate sorry for £64.99 or £69.99, I have checked on amazon, Tesco, play, shopto

also if you read this it'll tell ya what you get in the pre-order bonus 👍

I wasn't planning on pre-ordering initially, but I'll probably end up doing so (still lots of time) - it doesn't cost any more, making it a pretty easy decision.

It's not like there will be supply shortages.

There are incentives to make as many people as possible to preorder the game because the first month of sales from the release date is when retailers and Sony make the most profit, by making the game cost full price or close to that.

I think I'll get GT6 when it will be sold at half price, which will likely be 2-3 months after release.

I imagine if there are no online codes and the like you'll be able to get one cheap after the first week. There's always a few people with more money than sense who buy games then immediately trade them in.

After GamesCom there still hasn't been any suggestion that issues that were of great concern to me in GT5 have been rectified in GT6.

There's some good legacy and real-life tracks and some very nice cars seen, which is great, but that doesn't fix core issues with the series that have been a problem for a while now.

The recent information from GamesCom did pique my interest slightly, but still nothing that warrants a pre-order or a day 1 purchase. Even with TGS on the horizon and whatever it may bring, it looks like as if I really won't be missing out on anything by waiting a few more months (post-release). Or another year.

Just preordered the Anniversary Edition yesterday, really stoked on getting the cool cars that come along with it.

I know they will be very rare.
