The "One-Make" -races is a great way of having tight, competitive races. Everyone has equal change no matter what cars one own or if one has had time to tune each car to its best potential or not. Its the best way to have easy fun and it is particularly easy way to begin online racing "career".
Only downside of this mode if the rather short car list from where to choose. If only there was more cars to choose from, this would make online racing in GT6 a lot more easily accessible.
Adding the "Random" -race mode also would help, but even though the cars in GT5 were pretty closely matched, it still is more of a lottery who happens to get the best car.
I would also suggest the possibility of car packs of 5-10 models professionally pre-tuned to evenly match. One could choose the likes of "DTM", "NASCAR", "supercars", "GT500" etc. and the game gives players random cars of that class but which are close to identical in performance. "Tuning prohibited" -setting allows some of this, but still one has to own the car and theres some variation between even the closest of car models. This could also be the online equivalent of arcade racing so many of us love.
ps. if there happens to be a similar question already listed, please inform me and I will "like" that instead. Thank you
