ahh dang! only a point for over all heat winner!!! i was hoping to get a bonus point for my heat win... but it doesnt say that in the rules... darn!!! good racing if not a bit stressfull. good job every one on the pace lap i always hated/loved them in iRacing... but only way to get a fair rolling start in GT Sport.

Why, thank you. My problem starts when there are cars all around. It's hard for me to keep track of cars close by. I finally settled on pick a lane and stay in it. I'll work on my pole position duties. How is it that this total NOOB was on the pole for two, count them, two races? While I prefer road courses that was an interesting night. Thanks to those that didn't hit me too hard and apologies to all I hit inappropriately.

Indeed. Oval racing is a lot more fun than people give it. The shorter higher banked ovals usually are great for good race action. Especially on dirt.
 
Ovals are meant for close races and it was a great time. Had a poor pit strategy as I forgot about pitting and did it to late to come back into podium contention. Overall love this series and surprised to be sitting 3rd in standing. It’s gonna be a close season.
 
I was only able to get these few pics, but I just have to say that joining this league was a great move.....I'm having the most fun I've had so far on GTS....Thanks for having me guys/gals, and great racing last night.

the 1st pic shows us Lining Up for the Formation lap.....2nd pick is coming to the start.....3rd shows just after the start(pretty clean/close start)....Then the last pic is just after crossing the start/finish completing lap one.
