Need to clean up the racing a bit...a little less stangs racing and more racing like regular ARL nights

I agree. I saw numerous occasions when drivers went off track exciting turn 3, kept their foot in it making an unsafe reentry interfering with cars following.

On the positive side I did see some drivers also go off turn 3 and give up a few positions to get back on the track safely.

If you screw up it should only impact you, not other drivers.

Now that the first race is completed, what did everyone think of the new format?
I would suggest that the bottom 3 grid spots after the first race and so on could be tweaked so that each of the 4 races grid spots are given to the fastest and then go down rather than up.
For example race one
1st DrSpy
2nd kinet
3rd PApunk
and so on

those top three will have their spots locked and then the next race the next top three fastest would be 4Th5th6th. And the next so everyone is still racing to the front rather than having to drive in the back and or get in the way of those fighting for the top grids in the way it was last night. That way no one has to sit out. Not sure if this made any sense. And then ofcourse I did like the grid spot reversal power that is always fun.

This felt more like a nascar style short track. I kinda expected there to be a bit of bumping going on. That being said i felt like when folks did make mistakes there was concession being given. I also felt like contact was bred from the style of track. You could get a run on someone but headed into the corner both parties are headed to the same piece of real estate since there is really only 1 fastest line around the track.

I enjoyed the racing. I definitely noticed less craziness compared to the Stang series. Short track racing will always have bumps, but I felt like people were generally "professional".

I didn't want to get in anyone's way of a good qualifying spot, so I sat out after being relegated to the bottom 3. However that meant no racing until the feature. In the future I'll continue to race. Maybe @GTR4MROD has a good idea. It will be a compromise either way. And yes, for the most part the racing was very clean given the shortness of the track and the speed of the cars.

And next week in the dirt...I thought I was getting good until I watched @Moby45 drive off into the sunset. Anyone save a replay of the first dirt race last night?

I wish that professional type of action was taken when i got pinched into the last turn of the chicane, and pushed wide t1, neither events were followed by concessions by seperate drivers

If you're talking about me you're not gonna get it, lol.

I thought it was pretty clean But I will confess to have sent you wide t1 but I did concede at the hairpin just didn’t want to break check the car behind me when the draft caught me so I tucked in behind you after the hairpin. If the Dr wasn’t right on my ass through that turn I would have just tapped the breaks to let you by, wasn’t sure if you heard me say I was gonna let you by on voice chat.

Thanks Stryker. I've started to enjoy dirt recently. For those who dislike/hate dirt here are some aids:
1. As always; slow in, fast out.

GTS has 2 really good resources, you may have done them.
2. Campaign mode; Driving School lessons 42-46 are on driving in the dirt. Not all pertain to Sardegna.
3. Campaign mode; Circuit Experience has a segment dedicated to Sardegna Windmills

And I never thought of brake balance and torque shift until @BPeacock2727 asked about it on Wed.

Edit: There's also a Mission Challenge, stage 3 event 8, I believe, which is 2 laps of Wind Mills with other cars, albeit really slow cars, but at least it's some traffic.
