In Photo Travel, that won't really affect the shot much, at least not the subject vehicle. It would affect things like the Market Square's street car, but that's about it. Seems the blurriness is more the product of lossy JPG quality, if anything

Yeah wouldn't think so considering everything is stationary. Just wouldn't know what else it could be, but that's another possibility.
