Hmmm i know i said i wasnt going to get this due to the class of cars are not my favorites , ive been on the first one all weekend, kinda like it, hmmm this new one is cheap aswell £34 hmmmmm i may try it .....

I am tempted, because I like the GT3 class, but to be just over a week from launch and not even having seen a screenshot let alone gameplay doesn't bode well. The PR woman for 505 games seems to spend more time tweeting about some switch game and letting people in to her instance of it (some sort of cutesy farming game? I've no idea) than actually promoting games.

Obviously won't be as good as PC but we know the PS4 is capable graphics wise, as GT Sport shows but the first one wasn't amazing in this department , there are quite a few grumblings around about PC version of ACC having bugs that aren't getting fixed too.

I'd really like to see a commitment to a next-gen patch as well, that should bring us to near PC quality, but given they can't even clearly announce DLC dates I guess we've no hope of that.

Lets hope the 16th brings some clarity, that gives us enough time to pre-order and get the intercontential DLC free... If it doesn't I'll probably pass on this one sadly.

Me I am just waiting on the day.
I not one to try put myself off a game or expect to much I know what possible on pc & I know the limitations of a console.

The video of last year F1 2019 make the game better than it was so video are nice but until the game is here you won't have a clue what it can or cannot do.
Just have to wait 9 days or more.

I don't tend to get hung up on "Winter 2021", especially since 2020 only has roughly 10 days remaining (December 21-31), compared to 80 days in January, February, and March. Do we otherwise think they're aiming for the last 10 days in December 2021?:odd:

That being said, I'm sitting here with my Xbox One S and I've got the game preordered even though I have no idea how it's going to run, what it's going to look like, etc.

I guess we'll just have to see...

Shame here , I will show my 1st mistake in the game & 1st crash lol

Reading the description it doesn't seem as if the event will be focusing on the console version at all :(
That's weird... I could swear the description was different before.

Still, on the e3expo website it is still mentioned the following regarding 505 GAMES' event, which takes place today:
Tune in on June 16th at 8am PST for a virtual preview experience ahead of Assetto Corsa Competizione’s PS4 and Xbox One launch on June 23rd.

We’ll explore how Kunos recreated the GT World Challenge Series in their latest title and what’s more, we’ll also take a look at how SRO Motorsports Group is engaging with fans by embracing eSports in the GT Rivals and SRO E-Sport GT Series.

Guests include SRO Motorsports Group eSports representatives Robbie Montinola and Anthony Comas, as well as GT3 champion David Perel, pro coach Guy Cosmo, Bryan Heitkotter and Kunos’ very own Marco Massarutto!

A live moderated press Q&A will conclude the virtual session, allowing for open questions and a continued discussion around of the benefits, challenges and opportunities simulation games are offering to professional racing groups, drivers and teams, and their dedicated fans.

Media Contact: amunson@505games.com for registration information to access the Q&A.

I'm going to be so disappointed if they don't fully preview the console version. So let's hope the e3 expo site is correct.

Hopefully thats just PR fluff to keep the SRO deal happy and we actually get to see the game for longer than 5 minutes.
We'll probably get anywhere between 10-60 seconds of footage lol, and I'm not joking. Hope I'm wrong.
Winter 2021...LOL. These guys seem to do everything in slow motion.
winter 2021= Januar/Feb, for 3 new track, and this small team will have had two games out on PS4 whilst first party PDI only will have released 1. That's not so slow.

The 4pm one gives me a countdown, but the 3pm one doesn't, presumably because its 15:25 here..

505 really need to take a look around and learn how to promote games, their twitter account is just full of death stranding reposts, they even re-tweet themselves for something they posted a day or two previously. Utterly woeful.
