Assetto Corsa EVO Early Access Discussion Thread

I've unbinded my shifter (and unplugged it), binded my paddles to no avail. Could it be a early acess thing. This process works for cars in regular Asseto Corsa.
Sorry, it did not work, I thought it would work.
I have not tried it myself, as I am actually glad that ACE, and AC, actually does automatically use the proper shifting method for each car. Since I have both shifter, no issue for me.

Could it be one of the “assists” settings in the quick race/practice setting menu? I can’t think what all options are there but I know I have to mess with auto clutch and a few other toggles when I go back and forth between H-shifter and paddles
 
I've tried every combo of assists. None change the h-shifter car to paddles. It must be my download of the game, or some "early access" thing. Will try uninstall re-installing as a last resort. I don't want to lose what progress I've made.
