great news, sounds awesome... must be looking, rather, feeling quite neural-fit and full of research goodies... must admit though, this pandemic stuff is serious, and has caused all walks of life to readjust perpetual routines in many aspects... and then there are those that have taken this time as an opportunity to engage in personal research, game-related or not, just as long the mind keeps ticking... in a similar boat... good to know all is OK 👍

Dude, you've asked about this four times in two pages. I and others know Rshumi (yeah so... and?), I'd just give a little advice, you wont be getting in so you might as well forget about it. I don't understand why so many of your posts are of mysterious groups, FB membership you cant get into, getting booted at places for mysterious reasons, hidden cars, super secret tracks etc that you suspect. Yeah its there but I'd just move on man.
I think that you perfectly understand why we want to get into these groups. When Rshumi was here on this forum, I did not know that there are groups in VK. (I am from Ukraine and VK is officially closed for us, but there is a VPN). I understand perfectly well that Rshumi is a very generous person, but why I can't at least try to talk to him about membership is a mystery. Many of the old-timers here have memberships in these groups and you are doing well. What to do to others who do not have extra money, and around boast of new products? I hope they understood me. Forgive me, maybe I was overheated, but it was already boiling, I was refused a very stupid motivation. In addition to everything, the well-known forum was closed.

Is there a place I can specifically find bad mods that have had their physics fixed? Thanks

there are son many to recall...
the 1st ones that come to mind cause there are many, are the GT4 cars reworked and posted on this thread - search for GT4 (crossed-fingers)...

What is this image?
A new car model?
Your everyday car?
Your neighbours car?
A car with some new content?
A car you just wish to have?

Does anybody have Yatabe laying around somewhere, thanks. Also hope everyone has been well.

Hello, Yeah confirm the front glass is missing and the AI car won't start . Hope master Dragster will fix it in next release !

Did you check inside 'data' folder?
Make sure the ai.ini

[GEARS]
UP=7200 (the original ai.ini come with 7900 - wrong value)
DOWN=4600
SLIP_THRESHOLD=0.95
GAS_CUTOFF_TIME=0.130

have a lower value, than engine.ini limiter

[ENGINE_DATA]
ALTITUDE_SENSITIVITY=0.1 ; sensitivity to altitude
INERTIA=0.120 ; engine inertia
LIMITER=7500 ; engine rev limiter. 0 no limiter
MINIMUM=1500 ; engine idle rpm
LIMITER_HZ=50

Hope it fix the AI at start.

try the following...
ingame - adjust setup-preferences, save setup [RSS_GT_setup_1, ...2, ...3]

View attachment 941437
View attachment 941438

in CM - car-setup can be chosen before starting a race in CONTENT & DRIVE tabs

note1: also able to create setups within CM, but have found ingame-settings have slightly better precision-variables, particularly with RSS models

View attachment 941439

note2: setups can be modified & overwritten, or deleted ingame or CM
note3: similar setups can then be assigned to other tracks
My mod has gear ratios that can’t be changed. Is this still possible? Not at my PC sorry.

Alright 2 updates and 1 new car in this pack!

Mclaren GT update:
-Fixed the calipers from spinning left them in the wheel dummies for some reason.
Mclaren F1 LM update:
Brand new interior ported from CSR 2 now it actually
uses a Real F1 LM interior.
Lamborghini Huracan EVO Spyder
the car should be as accurate as the real thing.
There are only 3 issues with the car they are:
Wonky gauges tried my best to port the gauges from the Huracan Performante but barley.
For now the car has its roof up ill need to separate the roof since the CSR2 model's meshes are all Fused together.
And the Brakes look weird not sure what's causing on the two tires for the brakes to go inside.
it might be a little bit bigger than the Performante.

No, you should basically see the wire frame of the car with the objects mapped. That means the car is not correctly mapped and I'm afraid it's not possible to make skins for it unless the mapping is fixed and done correctly

if memory serves correctly, this mod may have been encrypted when initially released - hence maybe the reason of not being able to skin it... also recall deleting it for same reason...

Starting off the lovin' for "Villicum"
Please continue the effort with me on this track as usual :) Add your credits and let's keep her going \o/

TED-EDiTS:
● Corrected shader on ground textures
● Created config for grassfx
● New preview picture and outline
● Added description and geo tags
● Added VAO patch

[EDIT] I've found some other issues while racing this track in a championship. AI do not know how to get into the pits. Looks like it might be the same issue I found on Big Willow the other night. AI guys, if you could have a look please?

btw, I assume the real track has some trees around it IRL? :P I'll have to research that.

Hey @Teddie,
I had some time off work the last few days, so I had another looked at Villicum. Something was up with the pit lane ai, but not sure what, as the line looked fine. Anyway I think I got it fixed. Thanks for finding this track and improving it. Love the layout!

Have a great weekend people

My mod has gear ratios that can’t be changed. Is this still possible? Not at my PC sorry.

unsure to be brutally honest... have understood that if mod had dynamic-gear-ratios, it would then be a feature available for users to pre-select based on track-conditions, as per the author's intention... otherwise it may then require some minor?-major? modification to include a set of gear-ratio settings (like the RSS used in the pic example).

I’ll see when I get the chance. Perhaps I could load one set of ratios on a setup, save that, then change the ratios in drivetrain.ini to the other set of ratios then save that as another setup?

Hi dragster, the update for the McLaren GT fix the problem with the alignament of the Wheels?, because before it is not correct centered

if you're a fan of Pessio's work... here's the latest

1970 Alfa Romeo GTAM 1.3

1.3 Update

As i progress to know physics misteries, is time to put some new tricks on oldies.

Suspensions are totally re-done.
The rear now is properly done, with the infamous "slittone" keepin' the roll center really low, and the rear end well planted and easy to menage on full gas.
The front is adjusted with the real tricks they did long time ago, upper joint raised, to have some camber gain on bump. ( This mod also rise a bit front roll center, and give a little bump steer to the car too, as a trade-off).

Now the car behaves like the real one in 70s, like the famous way of cornering on 3 wheels.

Fixes also in brakes, power and tires.

Better textures for tires, and some CSP eye-candy

I am, and a big one!
This is how big of a fan I am:

This is a pretty good place for that. You are here.

I’ll see when I get the chance. Perhaps I could load one set of ratios on a setup, save that, then change the ratios in drivetrain.ini to the other set of ratios then save that as another setup?
What you want to do is just edit setup.ini. You're going to need to create a final.rto fo the final ratios and then if you want each gear, a 1st.rto, 2nd.rto, 3rd.rto and so on. These are placed in the data folder.
In setup.ini you're going to need to add the necessary lines of code. The best way to do this is to look at a car that already has adjustable ratios and adapt it to your ratios. It may sound difficult but it really isn't when you have one that already works in front of you and you can see the process.
Is this what you're trying to do? Make them just adjustable?

The avalanche of weird and wacky cars in AC is a good thing. Bloody love those... But a coupla cars are missing - the most glorious mobile machines of all time, the absolute pinnacle of British engineering :

latest

Lapping these around the 'Ring would be a sight to behold.

I'm going to be pedantic and say they're the pinnacle of Manx engineering as they're from the Isle of Man and not Great Britain. ;)

Any chance you could add/edit the LM skin and remove the "XP1 LM" graphic on the sideskirt? Trivial request, sure, but I have very intimate experience with F1 LM #LM2 at my old job and it would add to the immersion just a bit if the skin was as close to that one as possible. Everything is identical to the McLaren factory car except for that singular detail.

Not that I'd see it while driving of course, but every little bit closer to reality is obviously what makes us all love this stuff!
