Can somebody provide a link for a working Malaysia (Sepang) from thestrobe8 (rFactor conversion)?
It's an 'old' version, available at RD (looking better than acu version imo) but doesn't have AI lines.
@Cote Dazur posted a fast ai line several years ago, but after installing, for some reason CM is convinced that ai spline is broken and refuses to load the track.

Folder name is malaysia. It's the track (and AI from Cote) that bosko posted.


Yes, thanks, but that are the files I described. I have them installed but it only works if I remove the AI again, and then the track has an empty AI folder, but can be used for practice only.

I think we would really need a decent, preferably multi-layout-version of Sepang. A future project for the reboot team (at least if they ever run out of them)..?

Thanks, but I've already done all this. You didn't understand the problem. I have a T300 steering wheel and it has nothing to do with it. In my game, even kunos cars turn the steering wheel 60 degrees (animation), all cars without exception have this problem.

Check this option in "Settings > Assetto Corsa > View & UI"
View: Steering wheel limit should be set to 450° for a 900° wheel or 540° for a 1080° wheel.

This option also helps to sync a 900° steering wheel like my Logitech G25 to cars with a "steer lock" > 900°, (e.g. Kunos Audi S1 with 1014° steer lock)

reworked Power LUT to get a realistic top speed in line with 2019 Le Mans.
fixed the tyres so they wouldnt overheat after 2 turns
basically all skins i could find from RD included.
Laptime of 3:26.8 achieved on SX Le Mans during testing, real world LMP2 best was a 3:25

Thefore, to obtain closer brake lights colours to the ones I created, trying to portrait the ACC Honda, I suggest you to unzip the texture EXT_Lights_Colour_Yellow.dds inside the Honda skin folder of the car you're using.
I wasn't aware of this colour changes using SOL PPFilter, since I use "A3PP Beautiful PPfilter" as default PPfilter.

White color letters for PRO, blue color letters for PRO/AM and orange letters for AM. Actual GT3 cars apparently use different colour emissive for brake lights in daytime and nighttime, which means there's a chance an heavy colour correction by a PPfilter may produce wrong colours compared to the ones I made — texture and CSP code — using a different PPfilter. To be honest, I wasn't even thinking about this issue and only recently I found out the issue could be reall heavy, especially on the Honda NSX GT3.

Thank you buddy for understanding me! That helped! I don't know why this value became 58 degrees, but I made it 540 and everything was fine. Thanks again!:gtpflag:
 
There's a way to do it, which I can't remember right now. I'm sure someone here will confirm. You have to rename the main car folder and the BANK file in the sfx folder to match it, I think. That might be it.
Renaming folder>packing data and replacing sound in CM works for me.
 
Does anyone have a link for the KymiRing that is out there. I see this Finland Esports thingo managed to get their hands on something that looks to be scratch made.



That would be awesome but it's strictly private mod I think. Don't know if that mod was actually commissioned by Kymi Ring.

Hey Luca, this modern livery is actually already included (grey_red_164) but looking at this picture, I see we may need to make it a little lighter. I'll add it to the list of things to do. You will be able to add the headlight tape using the files posted a few pages back.

Having issues with skins........

Skin works on Kunos Mercedes-Benz - AMG (GT3) '2015'

But not on Chivas AutoArt Mercedes-Benz - AMG (GT300) (Chivas) '2015'

any help?????
 
Hi, do you have a solution to make wipers more efficient?
I tested the Jaguar C3 Endurance on the Daytona road circuit with the Heavy rain setting, and the wipers don't sweep enough, even with the Rain setting it's really limiting visibility.
Is there a possible adjustment or modification in an .ini file to remedy this problem? Thank you..
