Thanks, will check configs. Weird. I'm amazed you figured this out.
Forgot to say it in my post before, no you're not "stoopid" for sure!!! :)
Thx for your kind words, it was tricky to figure that out, japp. I was getting scared, that @Fanapryde told me, my configs where causing problems with BLM, which I don't use it anymore for a long time, and i don't like being part of a problem, but more part of the solution.... :D

I have been encrypting my tracks for a long time now, because of people who modify them without asking, the tracks in donation are not encrypted

LOL that's exactly what you do. I mean, you're not "updating"* other people's AC tracks anymore, but you're still converting people's mods from other games without permission and benefiting from the fact that they aren't encrypted themselves.

You do what you want, dude. I'll continue to avoid using or recommending your conversions and "updates."

* By updating I mean making things dark and gloomy and messing up the shaders and alpha blending

im a bit out of the loop, the short version is he is converting ams/rf2 tracks from other authors, encrypting them, calling them his own and charging money for it? Seems like i heard this all before.... not so long ago either..

OMG you can't tease us like this(well you can, lol)! I would genuinely pay money to have those 1987 AND 1989(!) F1 cars in AC.

Thanks mate, I reckon both of us are fan of the same F1 era. I really love your cam work for the old tracks!

Well if this is ready for a release one day (if permission would be granted and when the cars are more finished) I would never want any money for it. How cool is it to keep something alive after all these years, on another platform, for enthousiast to enjoy.

He's set the price at 2e now (per track). And guess what ? If there's an update you'll have to pay him again ! We're reaching a new level of scam. Truly stupendous.

Anyways - I believe this bad boy hasn't been ported to AC yet ? Thinking about doing it but I can't find the FM3 model.

For all you people missing the advance image seach in google, there's this tiny chrome app that brings it back (and more complete):
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/advanced-image-search/cahpmepdjiejandeladmhfpapeagobnp

It pops this window:
View attachment 1006654
When you hit «search», it opens a new google image seach windows with the parameters applied.
Oh yeah, I was looking for "toilet flange" for texture porpouses.

Question gergerger. Have you got the toilet flange mounted directly on your sim chassis or on a desk mount?

Someone called zuno toto is ripping my textures from my track skins and posting it as there own work on Racedepartment. The latest one is Bahrain International. I don't expect people on here to download and review them without pointing out to this zuno character that is not a done thing to do.
I've warned him and reported it. Unfortunately Racedepartment is'nt my friend at the moment. So people please don't support this dude or I'm just going to stop doing them.
Looks like he confessed to his actions, stating that he uploaded a test folder containing my textures by accident. The track in question has since been removed from racedepartment. He was very apologetic in a personal message to me. Hopefully that's the end of it.

On the subject of not asking, someone tells me that your Mettet paymod track uses three original balloon designs of mine from RT Mont Tremblant, and even their coordinates and motion variables are all copied directly from the Mont Tremblant models.ini.
I'm not entirely happy that these are being used without permission in a paymod, but it's more annoying that they've been used without any consideration for the actual designs. These were all created using Canadian brands because Mont Tremblant is a Canadian track.
Mettet is in Belgium.
French is the new Russian, but I'm not totally convinced that's such a recent trend...

"Autodromo Geraldo Backer, Curitiba (with the new road mesh), and Interlagos 1975 Reboot Version"

Theres some cracking footage of a sportscar race at Dundrod in 1955, with moss and fangio. They showed a lot of it during the coverage of the first F1 season on ITV as part of a stirling moss special, maybe 20 years ago. Got it on VHS somewhere

Dundrod is the real DEAL!! it's too bad that no one has thought of inquiring permission from Jr Pearson to convert it from GPL and also Isle of Man 37'n half miles

boss showed up to work with this.. PLEASE tell me exists for AC so i can send him a video of me driving mine ;) and what is a W12?

Should be this: https://www.bentleymotors.com/en/models/new-flying-spur.html

And the only modern street legal cars we have in AC for now are the Continental GT and the Bentayga (https://assettoland.wixsite.com/assettoland/bentley). From the Continental there are more versions out there, than the one on Assettoland.

And about W12: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/W12_engine : "Although less commonly used in automobiles than V12 engines, a W12 petrol engine has been produced by Volkswagen Group since 2001. This four-bank engine – based on two VR6 engines with a common crankshaft – has been used in various cars sold under the Audi, Bentley and Volkswagen brands."

Tried the VRC P1 cars at Le Mans, both are significantly faster than what I could manage with the Kunos 919.
The ByKolles is not as good with bumps and brakes are more prone to lock up and feels slower in the straight but still can do 3:26-3:27s on qualifying setup, the Ginetta is just way faster in pretty much all respect and got down to 3:22s. I haven't managed to go below 3:29s on the 919. Wish there are ways to BoP the Kunos cars faster(as opposed to slowing the VRC cars down).

5 minute, Primitive way to BoP the Porsche to Ginetta levels that increases downforce by ~35/40% and reduces drag slightly. Plus slight rear suspension geometry adjustment to cope with downforce pressure. I may have exagerated with all this, so test it and let me know if it works for You.
This version will not overwrite original ks919.

holy crap, 2 V6's side by side..

A VR6 is more like a straight six with the cylinders staggered side to side a bit to shorten it, so that it would fit in a Golf designed for an inline four. Two of those combined makes VW's W12. Even better, the modern Bugattis use a 16-cylinder version (two VR8s), to pack all sixteen into the packaging size of a V12.

There are also 'proper' W12s with three banks of 4 cylinders, but they're not common in cars due to the fact that there has to be a third set of exhausts that comes out of the top of the engine. Reid Railton famously used a Napier W12 from a plane in the Napier-Railton special back in the 1930s, but that was a pure oval racer. Bugatti did initially consider a three-bank W18 for what became the Veyron, but packaging 18 cylinders into a car was too much even for their blank cheque budget.
