Here is Porsche 935/77 005 at the Brands Hatch 6 hours. It was driven by Jochen Mass and Jacky Ickx. I have put Jacky in this one, Jochen will go in the Watkins Glen and Silverstone cars. Jacky will reappear at the Ring and in the Baby. Thanks for the wipers and lights fix guys! I won't put loads of screenshots up every time, just one and one photo of the car it is based on. You will notice the gapless screen banner is true to life. Zip file under the pics.

EDIT: just noticed the proportions and placement of the front figure 1 were wrong. Now corrected, please redownload.

EDIT 2: see next post for improved download.

I would suggest that people download the track again and not just the ext_config. Some of the lights won't work without a specific file in the data folder. There is a new track .kn5 file that rotates the light poles so the lights don't face the driver plus a couple other small tweaks.

is there any way to fix this red glow on my car? (running with csp 1.78)

Wipers for the Legion Porsches:
Many thanks - your wipers are always excellent additions.
This might sound like a daft question, but why don't you add...

[INCLUDE: ext_config.wipers.ini]

...to the main body of your config text, rather than the user having to add that line separately AND the longer config to the main config?
Any reason why they can't be combined at your end beforehand, to save an additional (and possibly forgotten/missed, leading to errors) step for the user?

Here is the Le Mans skin for the 935/77 works car, now completed to my satisfaction (zip file attached below photos). Thanks to @Ducksphere for the Stommelen helmet. The skin is as close to the actual race livery as I can get it. I was misled at first as the car as it is now has slightly different decals, and has clearly been raced recently by Ickx and Mass. Now I have done one the rest will be easier, but the car's decals were constantly changing from race to race. This is a high res skin - it could be reduced in size but resolution does suffer rather drastically. I don't believe textures of this size are really a problem in AC these days.

Thank you so much. This is pure car porn !!! Such a work of art, I simply can not stop looking at the 935 and your skin on it !!

The reason I'm not including ext_config.ini is that I don't know which version of it people are using (or will be using in the future). I don't want to overwrite any changes they might have made to that file. Users just need to append the INCLUDE statement to their main config file, no need to paste the contents of the wipers file in addition to that.

Aha! So the rest is pulled from Github or something?
(the heat has made me dafter than usual)

Everything needed for the wipers to work is inside the ext_config.wipers.ini. The INCLUDE statement instructs CSP to also load the additional file. An ext_config.ini could only contain includes, like Pyyer's extensions for example:

Sorry for my bad english. I cant understand your mention clearly.
It become black in far a way?
What would that fix it be (please)?
No, I wondered if the reason you hadn't included a LOD_D was because it comes out black... but the fix is easy:

Oh, I see - I get it now. I'd been copying both into the config. It still works, but isn't exactly as you intended.
Thanks for the patience and the explanation! :)
Just me being daft.

Hi i have a question about your 88`track updates.

First of all a big thank you to Rainmaker and you for these tracks and updates.

I use them in several championships, and my "little problem" is - your updated versions are re-named, so if i would exchange this versions with the old ones, the championships do no more find the right files.
Ok there is a possibility to edit the champs.ini`s and rename those tracks names. Since i am lazy to search for, i want to know if its possible just to copy the content of your updated folder and paste over the old ones, so i could stay with the old track names?

Hi, anyone know if a hungaroring mod exists thats more accurate than the acu one?
The best Hungaroring if you only see the track driveline.

Thanks, removed the ext_config file

Delete the db_ from the track folder

Enjoy!

That does look really good. I refuse to use reshade though.
I was always under the impression that CSP doesn't need or work well with reshade?

Have a try, it works perfectly, No ppfilter can match the realism you can achieve with reshade, the downside of reshade is the hit of performance but obviously this suite I created is meant for replays and video/photo shooting of races not gameplay, reshade can be easily swithed on and off with my hotkeys so you can turn off in gameplay sessions and on in replays

Hi! Wonder if someone can help me with my personal car. Tried to change the metarial on the hood to same as "body" to be able to paint it but that screwed up some of the textures on the interior and wheels as seen in the second picture. And if I change back the textures it changes something else? Just wanted to paint some "Smokey Yunick" inspired skins to see how I want to do it on the real car :D thx in advance
I assume you are trying to change material/texture using the CM showroom? This is very buggy and will often cause issues with other textures and materials. You are best off changing materials in Blender and textures in the KS Editor. If you don't know how to use those programs then there are tutorials out there, or feel free to send it over via PM and I can do it for you easily enough. Looks like a nice car.
