F1 2011 Mod release by me and @StoffelWaffle

The previous F1 2011 mod was a 2011 2012 frankeinstein with 2011 body and 2012 tyres, rear wing, rim and steering wheel. So we decided to do it properly by converting the whole 2011 squad using only 2011 parts. It also has animated drs and suspension.

You can now drive the renault with its original steering wheel and no broken nose ^^
Please be aware that this is a V0.1 so it's not perfect yet. Since i have a potato computer and the 2011 mod wasn't my main focus I'll have to rely on feedback to fix the cars especially on the graphic side.

The mod could use a fair bit of work, the exhaust is not in the correct place, the shadows need to be fixed, and obviously textures

About the Nisumo R39 by RSS, I noticed tonight (in my country) that the wipers in the last version 2 didn’t work.
I tried them in the version 1 and 1b and I remember they were OK.

Is someone got the same issue with this car ?

I didn’t try the Toyama in the last package but with the previous, the wipers were OK.

I have preview generation/showroom question.

I have a preview generation/showroom question. Using this tool, I have forgotten how to adjust the reflections under the ca when I am making a custom preview. I like the dark theme, but I cannot get the reflection to be mirror sharp....it remains dull and blurry. Does anyone recall how to adjust that?

In the Update Previews | Options Parameter window, select the Scene tab, and scroll down till you see the Blurred Mirror checkbox. Uncheck it. 👍
 
Hello everyone I have been looking for a mod of the Ginetta Juno lmp3 but I haven't found one anywhere. Would any of you know where I could find a mod for that?
 
As done as it's gonna get... (except maybe the TW2 logo... anyone got a good one?)

EDIT: Dang. Still a Nisumo to squash, and a logo color touchup... Update tomorrow.
EDIT2: Cleaned up the xanavi logo (scaling a bitmap royally screws it), but still can't kill the Nisumo... my attempts leave a white block instead...
EDIT3: Found a bunch of glitches on logos. Fixing it! Learned some s*** :) Update some time soon... (Gotta say, there's a few oddities in how they map. That back nismo logo flips itself upside own (compared to what it looks like on the map in ps)

EDIT4: OK, fixed. You'll need to re-download. I may still fuss a bit on a logo or two, later.

random thing I noticed after the last URD update on their Michigan EGT(Corvette C8.R). I am seeing these red/yellow/green blotches in exterior shots when the camera is at some distance from the car, seems like it changes if I change the FOV of the camera, maybe related to LOD and exhaust flame? Anyone else seeing this? Not seeing it on other URD cars...

I just tested this, and the wipers themselves work - but the area that gets wiped is way too small. It's like half of the wiper doesn't even touch the windscreen.

Same here, and the wipers on the Toyota don't cover enough of the windshield, useless...

Coming soon I hope, version 2 of my RBR mod for the stock track. The update will include a better track config done by @CrisT86 that will work better with or without my track skins along with many other fixes he did to make the config better. Updated seasonal changes thanks to suggestions and pictures from @ales100i to better match the real world changes for that area. Tweaks to my track skins including some updated banners and overall more saturation to some of the road and kerb textures. Plus a new grass mask to give some areas a little more character. Working flag and start lights and I uncovered the one set of grandstands and added seats and spectators. Hope to have it all finalized soon.

Thanks a lot for the answers, I still puzzled about this issue by my side with the last version of the pack.

I did a manually fresh install as usual and… so weird.

About the Nisumo (and also the Ferruccio), am I the only one who thought that the shifting movement is too fast !? (I drive only with the cockpit view).

I think a while back someone was looking for this. Just found a link. A very, very nice mod with a lot of potential. It's still wip, so some problems (aliens landing in the middle of the map, flickering boards, strange tree colors), but overal excellent track for old f1 and other "Bazza" cars. Sorry if it's been posted already.

Might have been me looking for it. I did see this somewhere in the past week or two, great that it finally exists! (Even with a few small bugs that you've mentioned, but as you said, WIP).

By my calculations, that's now 126/160 F1 circuits now available on AC (This includes new Singapore and Las Vegas for next season. 'Circuits' also differentiates between layout changes - sometimes minor. Circuits that have the same layout (but different run-offs/barriers are still considered the same circuit on the list I've put together)

actually, that is how the car was in real life. they snuck in a shorter wiper during one part of the race it seems but this wiper was what was normally on the car.

There is an update to fix this on the URD discord. not sure why they wont put all their updates together and release a download on sellfy. Here is the updated config file for the car.
