Hello fellas, Looking to see if there is anyone in here that happens to have any clue on where i could find an LMGT rear wing for the C5 corvette?
Currently working on making the SCCA Chevy C5 that ran in the 2000's, Unsure if anyone ever bothered finishing this thing off, I know some guy on racedepartment was working on one back in like 2018 but that thread just devolved into name calling and ending with the guy vanishing. Either way, as of the moment i have put together the SPEED GT spec one.
But i can't really stop there me thinks, Currently trying to find an 3D model of the wing used on the LMGT variant that raced in British GT back in 2004 and belcar etc. Only know of 1 game that has an "accurate" wing and that is Race Driver 3. But i can't find anyone that has ripped any of the 3D models from that game.
Though i'd ask in here since you lot seems to have some knowledge.

Thank you very much. I used Winrar and it looks like that was it. But I don't understand why this file had to be installed this way when other files of a similar type were just double click and send the file name to it's correct place in either cars or tracks.

- New engine parameters, now very close to the real one (Thanks to MrZipski for the help in creating the engine).
- New AO map and fixes for all 7 livery skins.
- Fixed A.I gearbox (I think).
- Added details to the model.
- Other small fixes.
- Delete the previous Beta 9 version.
- Copy the content folder from the ZIP file.
- Paste it into your main Assetto Corsa directory (common\assettocorsa).

I don't think many of you have heard about the Luppa79 Pyynikki track here. It's a pretty wild experience :
Anyway, maybe it's on my side, but there was only automatic sidelines and any ai car with slippery habits ended up in one of the numerous trees during the racing process. I made a new fastlane and safer sidelines, i'm clearly not super good at it yet, you'll tell me. I suggest you run a few laps using Luppa's ones first, see how fast and reliable it goes, and in case you 're met with too many issues, here's my version:
It needs improvments especially on the hairpins (i'm sure someone better at this will take the crown soon), but using the Datsun Fairlady against the Honda S800 i still had a damn good time.
Also, i have to ask : are you guys still able to share CSP links? I can't anymore, and i trully wonder if it's another "just me" issue.

Yeah, exact same model.
The WSC set gets another brand-new car in the form of the 1966 Abarth 1300OT Periscopio!
We've expanded our reach dramatically over the past months thanks to 3D artist NPanic coming along for the ride, along with another brand new 3D artist, who made this Abarth model; marguek42. Everything is still WIP, so expect changes before the 1.0 release, hopefully within this year. There's even more cars coming as well, scratch made for the WSC packs, so stay tuned!

Two things I noticed that weren't happening with the Beta9:
1- The asphalt and the painted marks on the ground are reflected on the inside of the windshield and side windows, a lot... Very disturbing.
2- The steering gets too "light" when understeering. I like this behavior because it gives you information when you lose grip, similar to real life, but in this case the effect is too pronounced.

Us lovers of 1960s racing cars are eating well and growing fat as of lately... That's yet another classic beauty I can't wait to toss around some vintage tracks. Certainly, if there's a Periscopio on the way, the non-submersible 1300 OT will come along with it, perhaps with something as simple as a config file? NPanic seems to be quite the expert on the subject.
And how comes that, as of lately, you always seem to be involved when some old heartthrob comes to Assetto Corsa, mr. Pasta?

Pixel compression of the DDS file. Nothing better to do than re-do the texture, with less compression.
