Trying to work out why some cars have really shiny wet-look leather when viewed in real mirrors, like this car does.
I'm guessing it's a shader bug or CSP bug, but @Peter Boese it couldn't be a Pure issue, could it?

The link is in my post, it's the E46 M3.
I never quite know how to swap easily between Pure and default weather without getting 'weather controller' error messages and planet earth spiralling into the sun.

Will someone please test this car for me to see if its problems are still there or just with my system.Problems are interior mirror blinks in and out in replays and the turn signal mesh doing the same in the race (especially at the start) Load up a race with only this car like 5 or 10 copies so you can see it from behind (you at the back)

In the missing mesh problem you can see the closest cars will have complete turn signal graphics and further away ones will have the chrome reflector showing where there should be the lense.

I only included the one skin that is most complete.Also,only LOD A is enabled because thats where the problem is.If you like you can enable the other LODs in the Data folder lods.ini file.

Car will install as a child of opel_gt_race but will work without it.Thank you.(I was trying different sounbanks and this one is a ferrari but I want to make a new one if learning a whole new program is within my abilities) :banghead:

Eventually will be 6 skins for this version and if Blender dosnt break me,an even racier widebody version.
Current version is 200HP and a 5 speed trans.Proper beastie and drives well.

Some things I know it needs...soundbank,taller driver,custom dirty glass...maybe some physics.It drives great but the rearend is 100% Kunos.

The tachometer behaves better if you add to ext_config.ini:

Actually weather style and controller are separate things! You can use the default weather style, but Pure controller and Pure Planner.

So just set "default" in weatherFX. Don't know what you mean with the last one. Never experienced and never ever see such thing!!!

Personally, I wouldn't mind an electric Capri if, y'know, it didn't look like it was also blown up like a balloon. Conversely, I'd hate this Capri even if it was motivated by a gas-guzzling V6.

It's horrible.

I owned a Capri 3.0 S in my youth. Sure it was no real sports car but it had a great spirit. And it looked very cool. This new Capri is a joke. Almost as big joke as the SUV Mustang. Sad creation.

Well nothing against the car itself. Looks exactly the same as all other boring SUVs... but don't call that thing a Capri.

I had the Mercury version here.Metalflake paint,moonroof,v6,dual glasspaks.Would do better than 130mph.It was sporty.

Mine was exactly like this. Black vinyl roof and yellow/black Recaros. Loved it when I was 19 and I put all my money to it. Too bad it rusted so badly in Finnish winter and I had to get rid of it.

And yes, sporty because it was pretty fast at the time. Normal family cars went 15 seconds to 0-100. I think Capri went 8.4 secs or so. You had to have a big BMW or Mercedes... or a Jaguar V8 to beat it. Cars that cost like five times more hehe. The chassis, however, came from Taunus (or Cortina in England). Leaf springs and all that. Wasn't that sporty to drive. But I didn't care... one of the coolest cars I've owned.

Can't say I really thought about it. More like a skin reaction to toxic agents, bubbles, swelling.
But honestly, is there any really enjoyable car fact, lately?

Volvo and Jag have announced fridges on wheels
There seems to be a market for +60k 600hp awd 2-volumes and none of these guys has the good taste to buy a "cheap" C8
Swifts are gigantic
Focus are gigantic
Buy a GR only to be hated by Toyota if you push it hard
Alfas are questionable Peugeots
Your neighbour has a Formentor
Audis are less exclusive than Eastpak bags
The N line is dead unless you're in Asia
People in Dacias or Kia Souls are going to antagonize you because they got +200hp now and are not afraid of how weird they look
Most suvs have less rear bonnet capacity than most saloons
Christmas tree lights on every car
Every car-griefer ragebaits on tiktok

Just to name a few issues coming to my mind.

Practically finished F1 1970/1971, even if some versions of the cars are like "frankstein", that is, base of a car, parts migrated from cars from other games and still missing some versions because I still couldn't learn to use Zmodeler to try eliminate textures from some parts to try to create some missing cars in my own way, because even using 3dsimed, I can't eliminate them. Now it's time to test the cars on the track to see if there are any more problems, but due to health problems that are not new, we'll see if I can do it soon. For now, there are some skins of practically all the main cars of the time.

I was wondering if - especially - the 1970 mod/cars are somewhere around or aren't they available yet/anymore?

Skins show white for me.
In the other skins there is a 155_BODY.DDS and a 155_BODY_S.DDS, while your skins only have 155_BODY_S.DDS and a car_body_ao.dds. Changing this in 155_BODY_S.DDS makes the skins appear, at least in CM showroom, and previews. The #55 still does not though, not in showroom, not in previews (CSP or non CSP)

This could be the problem because I use the actk-Version of the car. Tomorrow I will check it with the original version 👍🏻

Thats the extpaint diffuse AO dds being tiled across the roof and visors. :banghead:
Its not even currently using a detail file much less the cars AO map.

It's dumber than the "Mustang" Mach-E, on the fact Ford of Europe doesn't even sell a new, actual Capri alongside the thing.
