The grid is stuck, on the hairpin on the right, bordering the lake

HELP NEEDED.

I don't remember if anyone already talked (AND SOLVED) it. Anyone knows what's the cause on this with some cars from ASR? I Mean that black thing that seems appear on "lights" like the cockipt dash or sometimes with the rear rain light. Thanks in advance

When that happens in my experience, (usually after changes to the car’s data or custom grids), I close CM, restart it, and all is fine.

"modifying the basey is a very bad idea because it also changes the behavior of the car, you can adjust the height in car.ini with the line: GRAPHICS_OFFSET"

My bad, it was my way but obviously not the good one.

And I posted a quick fix to get rid of the 3D trees.

Le Mans 1998 2D trees

Quick fix for le_mans_1998 to switch back to 2D trees. Also includes fix for fat cables, grass textures and some other smalll stuff to make things look better. In my opinion. Delete extension and texture folders and replace. Make backup first.

While fixing this, I also noticed that the "custom MSAA resolve" in csp causes artifacts in the tree textures, and really ugly fences and other stuff. Not sure why, but enabling it seems to have only negative effects on any track.

I wonder how someone thought that spill those 3D turdtrees here and there could improve the looks of that track... Not always the newest is the best...

It's true that it seems to define the texture of the wire fences a bit, but it also seems to remove the shading that gives it volume, at least with my settings... 😕
