Hello, I have two questions:

1. Are there any mods for touring cars/WTCCs from 2005-2010 other than those from Gtsupreme or Ptsims?

2. I don't know if I'm allowed to ask this here (if I'm not, please tell me), but I was in a Telegram group called "Assetto Pirate," and it disappeared. Does it still exist, and if so, how do I get back in?

Make sure to UNTICK: CSP/Settings/General Patch Settings/Silence Malfuntioning FMOD Channels

It's an ill-conceived or badly-executed option that kills the audio on a lot of cars.

Greetings all, thought to share some news about a neat car-mod I've come across... On the physics-side, it handles quite realistic on just about any street/race circuit...

However, the downside is that it's encrypted, but it's a keeper.


To that end, I've began to do some random liveries for it - without the proper AO mapping - cause it's encrypted dah!


The issue (for me & others) is that liveries will not have AO applied.

def: In 3D computer graphics, ambient occlusion (AO) is a shading and rendering technique that simulates how light falls on an object, particularly in areas where surfaces are close together, creating a more realistic look by darkening creases, holes, and intersections.

Questions are the following:
1. Anyone have the unencrypted version (paidmod) so that the AO mapping can be shared?
2. Can the AO be applied via ext_config instead?

In the cockpit the display used as rear view mirror doesn't work and the driver doesn't hold the steering wheel while he's turning

On my side all is OK. Use the smart mirror app to set the left mirror (there are two, one of them being the one on the dash) to MONITOR.
I had to make the drivers hands visible ( I have them hidden) and they are OK to, as are the cars shadows:

If I'm not mistaken, I don't think anyone has said that, or at least not in the last few posts... I think that puerk0spin was being ironic about those who criticized you (possibly his message has not been well understood, especially the joke about the beach cook, but since out of Spain some terrorist cooks dare to abuse the paella by adding chorizo, you can expect anything), and I was criticizing those who complain and don't know how to appreciate modders who, like you, selflessly share their work. 😉

Thanx. I will try the car. If it is hopeless it goes straight to the bin. Would be really great to have a good version of the Marcos Mantara in AC.
