Buy you a wheel (T150 is an good entry level wheel) and play at least a simulation game in hood or Cockpit cam.

Maybe just simulation games aren't you're type.
The sensation from assetto are the most accurated to a real car and is a pleasure to drive.

But yeah, if you're looking for only fun, then simcades like GT or arcades like NFS,the crew, driveclub is more what you want /need.

This game is so addictive! That KTM car is a beast. Can be very twitchy in 2nd gear. I'm so glad this game came to the PS4.

The McLaren 650S GT3 was quite slidy, with the rear end kicking out even when applying no power. The F1 was a complete joke. I struggled to get round corners without spinning. Surely that can't be right? I wasn't pushing it...

You've never listened to previous years Nigel Mansell discussing these cars with Lewis Hamilton compared to the grip they now have...

Older F1 cars are very difficult to drive at the limit. In the 50's and 60's you had no downforce and a massive amount of power, relatively, on tires that were a lot less grippy than they are today. Power went up in the 70's and especially the 80's while downforce and tire grip also went up, but still, nothing close to what it is today in terms of overall grip. IMO AC represents this quite well. I think GT spoiled many of us into thinking we had the skills to drive just about any car close to the limit with little drama but that just isn't the case if you are simulating what it was really like to drive those particular cars. You've probably run up against your own personal skill limitations rather than any issues with the cars in question.

A little video I threw together, had the idea whilst enjoying hot laps at Monza. Lotus at Monza 1966 - 2016. Not the greatest driving, but I wasn't trying to capture perfect laps or anything, just love hotlapping Monza.

Edit: BTW, I don't race in this view, I just find it better for replays.

I was expecting the Miura to be quite a handful, but it was actually the opposite.

Very easy to drive, even on a first try. Especially considering I am not familiar with Barcelona.

Meanwhile, on consoles...

Finally took the Levante for a drive. It's fun, yes, but only up to a point. I don't see myself coming back for it very often.

Trying out the Evora. Went for the GTE Carbon version.

Driving is more on the reckless and fun side of things.

Hello GTP Community!

I made a Drift Video with a lot of Eurobeat and a certain car that can float over mountain pass gutters like it was nothing...?

NOTE: video was made entirely in SHAREfactory on the PS4 and only with the DualShock 4 (wished I had a wheel) !

Hope you like it! I tried my best..!
