So I totally missed the fact that we now have a tyre temperature app in the HUD on consoles, video of it in case anyone else missed this as well.

I have nothing to base this on besides my worthless opinion, but it seems like the tires cool incredibly fast once you start rolling. You used the Tire Blankets which should have gotten the tire core temperature nice and warm and yet the surface temp drops like a rock in water. You probably get 1 or 2 corners "benefit" from Tire Blankets compared to starting on cold tires... By the third corner the temps would be the same, or just about.

Some minutes spent with this great car yesterday, still need some practice to take it in hand ,a lot of speed and sound, some problems with the front end at high speed over bumps but the car is really amazing aside of this.
Some mistakes , mostly bad driving line, due to this lost of front grip. Just a few more front downforce would let this monster close to the perfection.

Strange. I never drive that car or that track and I happened to run that exact combo just a few hours ago. My poor driver Kip...he didn't make it. There was a nasty rollover. His AE86 was totaled as were his internal organs.

I don't know about you, but I end up holding my breath quite often when driving that Shelby Cobra 427 S/C. We're very lucky on PC to have the "Shelby Cobra 427, Shelby Cobra 427 Stage 1 & Shelby Cobra 427 Competition" as well... My favorite is the 427 S/C however.

WTF is wrong with people? A 3 lap race on Nordschleife but every freakin' a-hole has to try to win the race in the first 30 seconds. And I'll bet you, the people who caused all the accidents are pounding their fists the hardest claiming it was everybody else's fault. You had a very nice finishing position considering what happened at the start of Lap #1. Well done.

Yeah I was trying to be as smooth as possible with the throttle. I drive using the controller so that made it a little more tough.
