Reviving this thread for a beautiful drawing of "New Horizon" flying passed the space rock Ultima Thule next Tuesday.

I'm pretty sure this video explains everything. Like... where the universe comes from, why our laws of physics work, and why subatomic particles appear to behave differently than objects on a macro scale. He doesn't walk you all the way through it, you have to apply the concepts to the picture at both ends, but... I'm blown away.
