Sorry if this should be somewhere else..

I have a car that I'd like to auction off, and marketplace says I can't because it is locked?
Locked? any answers on this.

Well you either have a tune or a livery that's locked on it, just try to paint it or upgrade it and unlock it and you should be good to go, Also If any logos you used on it were not made by you, it wont let you sell it either. hope that helps.

I bought the car on a whim, I cleaned off decals, and I have no tune...I'll keep plugging away
