Hi guys,
Count me in! I'm down with trying out some drifting with other Aussies!
I would possibly need a more experienced person to help point me in the right direction (tips and car setup)... Not tried drifting before for more than about 5-10 minutes but I think with a bit of time and a descent drift-car I can sort it out. I have ADSL2+ so if you need a host my connection should work fine. I will be on tonight once my B-Spec Bobs finish the Le Mans 24hr so around 7pm AEDST... Hope to catch you online.

What car should I buy to use for drifting? I was thinking the TVR Tuscan Speed 6 RM '00 (556bhp, 58kgfm and 885kg) would be a good starting point? Yes/No?
Also, tuning will be something I will need to look at... Is there any "basics" that you perform on every/any drift car?

I've had the game since day1, and almost 99% of my time has been spent drifitng online

I wouldn't recommend that to start off, Id go for something around 300bhp like a silvia/rx7/supra, And when youve got the hang of it crank it up to around 400 and then work your way up to something like the tuscan. etc.

I will probably get the premium Silvia then as that is just shy of 300bhp and use that until I am good enough. Then I can just RM it to get the extra power I need!

Sure, I'm happy to be a moderator, I think there are also some other people who are capable of this role.
Cracked Styles is a pretty stable host, I was drifting with him and some other Southern Sliderz members in an open lobby. But if that doesn't work I suppose there are alot of other people who are capable of hosting.
