GM had an Autoshow at Epcot (Walt Disney World, which is in my backyard pretty much) this past weekend, and I visited and had a blast. If you haven't ever been to one of these things, I will do my best to describe.

GM pretty much had all it vechiles out at the show, each shown in its own class. They also provide competiors vechiles so one can compare. Basicly, you drive anything, and everything you want. Prove your over 18, sign a waver, and your in. They each have their own tracks, that include such things as tight turns, straight aways, and bumps of all types.

The stars of this show were the 6 speed manual Corvette ZO6 and the new H2. The corvette had a GT type track, and you drove with a instructor of sorts that made sure you weren't going to fly into the trees. They had a competition going, fastest track time won a Bose sound system. Fastest time was 13 seconds flat. I did a 14.1. Average from what I saw was around 15. You were only aloud two trips in the Vette.

The H2 track was a site to see. GM had built Limestone Mountains, and hills for this thing to climb through. Disney also provided some of its forest for the H2 to wonder through. GM had set up, and dug all types of pot holes, and tree limbs for this thing concer. Very cool. Only one trip around in H2 was permitted.

Everything was free, from the driving to a lunch that included a sandwhich, apple, and a soda. Not a bad way to spend a day. When I get home tonight I will scan the brochue so everyone can see the lay-out.

👍 to GM for putting on such a great event! This is why I own a Chevy! ;)
