Given that Subaru have been provided input to GM on AWD over the last couple of years - there's a Subaru version of the Zafira available in Thailand that is AWD - given their experience with high torque AWD setups (i.e. B4, various big HP WRXs) I'd be very surprised if they weren't involved.

I think I posted something about this a while ago, but since GM is soon replacing the Camaro (and looking for new designs), they could further intermingle GM/Subaru components with Scooby's H6 (with twin turbos) and AWD drivetrain with some Holden body & chassis. AWD Holden's sound good, though.
