awd understeer remedies?

i've been trying to make my s4 (teh sex) not suck but i understeer all over the place. first of all im gonna say that i have all the driver assists off....ok i've been trying to figure out how to do this but nothing i try works well...i tried making the inital tq of the rear dif higher (significantly) then the front...i've tried making the rear sway bar way stiffer then the front, tried having a higher rear spring rate....nothing seems to work, none of my other awd cars have this problem (they're all gc8's) so im thinking its the weight of the s4? i dunno......

Did you try setting the diff to 10 % front and 90 % rear ?( you have to buy the variable differential ) also setting the toe to - 01 fr +01 rear and the front lsd to 5/5/5 with the rear normal usualy works along with increasing the rear spring rate a bit.

hm yeah i just tried all of that, it helps a little but not that much...i guess i'll try setting the weight ballance ALL the way to the back and see how that effcts the car

It should make it understeer worse ..or turn it into a Ruff
try giving it more toe in the rear..im in the middle of a series , when Im done I'll see whats up with this.

gahhh, it seems like for all the high speed turns i should be taking in 5/6th gear i neeed to brake and go down to 3rd just so i dont understeer into a freakin wall

edit: hmm...maybe im just trying to make the s4 do what it can't...and i guess driving group-c cars in endurance races makes me want the s4 to the same...wahtever

Could be that the s4 just doesn't corner very good. Isn't that the v8 version? So its going to be nose heavy no matter what you do. Good luck, get a supra or something. RWD Owns!
