What do they mean, exacty? Everytime my Bobby get's EXP, the arrow is different. Either horizontal, up, down, etc.

What does it mean?

- Ben

My guess is that it's an indicator of how tired he is from previous races. I've had guys win an entire series of races and afterwards their arrow was down, so I don't think it has anything to do with their mood.

If his mood changes after EVERY race, then he may be suffering from a medical condition commonly referred to as manic depression. This was also known known as bipolar disorder for a period of time. Mental illness is a serious issue that should not be overlooked. I hope Bob is not too proud to admit that he needs help.

well his driving style should have been our first warning and the fact he ignores you could be signs of something alot more worse

I've had Bobs driving the Suzuka-enduro with a single driver and his arrow pointed up afterwards so I kinda doubt that...

To me it seems Bob gets happier (if that is what the arrow stands for :)) after races he won with non-overpowered cars, or races that we're very tight.
I don't think it has something to do with fatigue at all.

Id say most deffinatly there current Form/Fatigue. I have my first bob ever constantly on bad form as hes close to the end of his career. His Speed bar even shows a little removed to show he would be slower hes lvl 29. I find what car they drive in the event and what event it is that there form will be effected differently. I think the same goes for the Physical/Mental strenght.. if it goes down completely in the race and you then run them whilst they have no bars a good chance is after the race they will be knackered.. Endurance seems to be best place to lvl your guys up..

This made my Christmas Day.

(if you were being sarcastic.)

It has noting to do with if he's tired. The arrows are your drivers mojo.

The arrow up happens when he wins a lot, he's happy and confident. Going into the next race he'll be ready to run. He'll drive as you've trained him, with very little input from you. His mental and physical strength will deplete slower. and he'll drive in the mostly cool end of his attitude.

the flat arrow is if he loses mildly, like coming in 3rd or 2nd it's not a huge loss but it takes a hit on his ego, and edge. He feels good that he can still progress but it hurt his vibe just a bit. Going into the next race he'll be prepared but cautious. His mental and physical strength will deplete a little faster. And you'll have to give a lot more input to get him moving properly.

The Arrow down is when you're in trouble. It happens after several devastating losses back to back. I mean painful 5th place, 12th place losses consecutively. His ego is shot, his confidence is in the crapper, He'll run hot most of the races, his mental and physical strength will deplete faster and going into the next race it he will run hot most of the time and take orders really sloppy. Drive very hesitant.

The only way to get his mojo back up is to run a few lower level races that give him a few huge wins. I mean something ridiculous like racing Miatas while he's in a Veyron. And it takes time to bring it back up. So if he just suffered a huge loss and his up arrow is now the flat green arrow be warned he's on the edge of losing his nerve on the track. You need to run him in some easy events quick and bring his mojo back up soon or you'll work twice as hard to bring him back from the down arrow.

That can’t be quite right, JAMMIT. My driver won a few of the beginner races I never did. He won them by a mile (he was using an overpowered car) and after the second, he had an arrow pointing straight; before that, the arrow was pointing up. I don’t remember if his arrow is pointing down now, but he hasn’t lost a race in a while.

I think it has more to do with how much he is learning in addition to winning and losing streaks. New cars and new tracks help his learning (i.e. arrow pointing up). Grinding and winning easily with an overpowered car might make it too easy; he gets bored (i.e. arrow pointing down). Straight arrow is a transitional phase.

Naturally, this is all just a guess. Testing would be required.

I think it has to have something to do with the driver being tired/overworked as well. Because I have had my guy win like a dozen consecutive races, and then for no apparent reason his arrow goes flat, and then points down.

that would work if my drivers ever lost but they dont.. and the arrows still change lol. I honestly think at b-spec lvl 31 ive figured it out!

The arrow show how well rested he is. Had nothing to do with winning. If you keep using the same driver again and again without giving him a break, the arrow always point down even if he keeps winning.

That's my observation.

The opposite seems true for me. 👎

I hadn’t done B-spec in ages and once I did, I did a few of those beginner races (he’s level 9) with an overpowered car and his arrow went from pointing up to painting straight.

I believed I figured out how to control the arrow, even with highly overpowered cars. You just have to keep Bob's mood in the red for most of the race and not bore him, then his arrow will stay up. He's still "happy" (or whatever it means) after a few races using a highly overpowered car and way ahead. I even caused him to make a few mistakes. If I let him to run an easy race, far ahead, multiple times, his mood will lower. Not how rested he is, I observed. I made him run some close races over and over until he learned the track and got first, and his mood went up during that time.
My Bob's personality is about a quarter in the red, if that's relevant.

Maybe to keep Bob happy you should keep the racing mood in the neighbourhood of his personality mood? (If that makes any sense :P)

Think this could be it to be honest as I have one cool minded driver and one hot-headed by their personality and if I really push the guy that is cool-minded and keep him in the red all the race his arrow is pointing down.

the opposite seems true then for the other driver in that keeping him pushed hard seems to keep him happy.

Still... both drivers are at level 12 and 19 but doing the same races and driving the same cars so its not a good comparison as the cars will be easier for one to drive and will race more intelligently

Some more experimenting there and it seems you get the best results in terms of form/arrows or whatever you want to call it by not ordering bob to do this and that and just let him get through the race himself if its possible on his own.

I trained one driver and hi stayed happy. Then I stated training another driver and the first driver got sad after waiting 5-6 races. Got to let him race once in a while when training other drivers then his happy.

Or it could be the arrow is just bobs penis?

SIMPLE! when its high then bob is "High" its the best! when arrow is down hes just drunk! :)

anyway, I think B-spec is incomplete I had the most ridiculous race in history today! It was Expert Level, Japans Super GT level 22 (30 laps) Suzuka in rain, I checked availible cars and I lol'd at options, I could take any car from Japan, so I figure out since my bob is drug addict and stupid retard, I go for Minolta Toyota. So the big jorney begins, at first after 5 lapas he decided to go in pits, they swaped drivers and after some 10 laps tyres is gone, so I drive in pits, (pit strategy was simple, I set it to Race: rain, it was raining! and when bob looses streght set to OFF) so hes drives in and changes driver again and I dont know why my drunk team changed tyres to Racing : hard, I didnt notice that at the moment, so he spins, crashes, everything you can imagine with that kind of tyres in rain. I lost 3 possitions, go in pits again, change my tires and what do you think, drivers swaped again, problem is he was very tired, low mental and physical strenght, so he got loose again, then I got to the pits again changed tires again, swaped drivers again, i double checked everything It was perfect this time, but then, haha dont you think B-spec bob was leting this stupidity go, he passes lap 20 and every lap he wanted to go to pits, again and again and again every time he pass finish line next lap, so I wached all this stupidity and had to set lap after lap, Cancel pit, again, cancel pit.. again...... all this was crazy stupid! all team was so dumb, i figure out If I say to Bob to jump down from the buiding he would totally do it, but from the wrong building! in the end I win this race!

end of the stupid story!

When Bob's arrow point's to the sky, god hears him and helps him win races.

When the arrow point's horizontal; Bob surely does think that maybe God wasn't really a factor in his last couple of races. Maybe he should have listened to the command "overtake".

If Bobs arrow points down, bob knows where he is going for braking on the straight at Daytona...

It just says what you did most in your last game(s)

Exactly!
As i said it's his mojo/attitude, not his physical condition. Your drivers physical condition is metered by the "strength" and "mental strength" meters. The arrows are his personality. If he's never lost and the arrow is always pointing down it's because he's probably feeling over worked, and/or bored, no challenge.

It's his attitude meter. Trust me.
