B-Spec level / 1000 ticket

Two questions right now

1) when you reach level 35 b-spec, does the X2010 become available in the car dealership with colour choices? Or am I wrong?

2) how exactly do you get the 1000 ticket?

sorry theres no 1000 ticket for b-spec only a-spec, and the x2010 is only available at dealership from level 40 a or b-spec, at level 35 b-spec i do believe you get gifted the x2010, im currently grinding from level 32-33 b-spec trying to get said car.

oops the 1000 ticket is in a-spec, and its every time you do 2000 kms, or the equivalent in miles, or taken to the track 100 times i have had 3 so far
